Room Changed”

There were 4 of us travelling together. We paid for two honeymoon suites, but when we arrived they moved us into a family bungalow with 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. When we expressed dissatisfaction they tried to tell us that this was a better room. No discount was offered. The room had a hotpot but no coffee, the water bottle was a refill (broken seal), and we had to request shampoo for the shower.

First we get one of the two top bungalows and it was very dirty inside. Not clean, bathroom was dirty, bed was dirty and we had to ask to clean the bungalow first. Later we been moved to one of the lower bungalows where the view was not as pretty but it was cleaner than the top bungalows. The owner of the bungalow was not aware of the standards a average hotel needs to offer like clean towels, clean room and housekeeping service. Non of the minimum tasks where done and she thought she was doing very well. We won't book this bungalow a second time unless there will be great improvements in service and cleanness.

จองผ่านagoda ทั้งสองคืนแต่แยก จอง เจ้าของที่พักติดกันเจ้าของห้องพักไม่ยอมตามกับagoda แต่ดันมาทวงเงินกับแขก ให้แขกติดต่อเองบอก ติดต่อไม่ได้แต่ทุ้กครั้งที่เราติดต่อก็ติดต่อได้ งงกับนาง คืนสุดท้ายต้องเช็คเอาท์เที่ยง เราออกไปหาไรทาน ป้าเจ้าของที่พักบอกให้เอาของมาฝากป้าแล้วเช็คเอาทเลยก็ได้พอดีมีแขกรอเช็คเอาท์อยู่ มันใช่มารยาทที่เจ้าของห้องพักควรจะพูดกับแขกหรือไม่? ห้องพักราคา 1000 บาท หากวอคอินอยุ่ติดถนนชั้นล่าง อย่าพักหากมีสัมภาระเยอะ เพราะไม่มีตู้เสื้อผ้า ไม่มีราวแขวนผ้าครับห้องน้ำกว้างไปไหนเอาไว้ทำอะไรไม่ทราบ ข้อดี ** น้องลุกสาวบ้านพักน่ารัก อัทยาศัยดี แต่อาหารที่รีสอรทแพงครับ สั่งผัดผงกระหรี่ต้องสั่งเป็นจานไม่รับสั่งแบบราดข้าว จานละ 200 บาท ครับหากสั่งเป็นกับ แนะนำไปกินทีอื่นครับ โดยรวม ไม่อยากแนะนำ ให้พักที่นี่ลองดูที่อื่นดีกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ

จองแล้วแต่ไปถึงที่พักแจ้งว่าเต็มหมดแล้ว”

จองผ่าน agoda ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 12/02/15 เพื่อจะเข้าพักวันที่ 14/02/15 ซึ่งตอนนั้นมีห้องว่าง 1 ห้องคือ ห้อง Honeymoon และได้รับแจ้งจากทาง agoda ยืนยันการจองหมายเลข "63945689" ในราคา 1,500 บาท แต่พอไปถึงที่พักเวลาประมาณ 13.30 ได้รับแจ้งว่าห้องจองเต็มหมดแล้วตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ เลยงงว่าทำไมยังจองห้องได้แล้วโดนยกเลิก จากนั้นทางบัวชมพูบอกว่าจะหาที่พักให้ ซึ่งเราก็ OK แต่โดยห้องใหม่ที่ได้ทางบัวชมพูก็ยังคิดอัตราเท่าเดิทคือ 1,500 บาทโดยทำเลและขนาดของห้องแล้วน่าจะราคาต่ำกว่านี้และ

จองห้อง honeymoon ไว้ แต่พอมาถึงกลับบอกว่าห้องเต็ม ไม่โอเคเลย กลับให้ไปอยู่ห้องพักในระแวงนั้นที่ไม่ใช่บ้านที่เลือกไว้
