Pluses: The room was recently renovated and very clean and modern, with a great view. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was also good. Close to the town center. They were good about storing luggage and providing some great coffee table books and info about the area for touring. Minuses: No laundry facility (they offered to wash my clothes for the absurd price of 324.50 euros), the rooftop patio door was locked so no access to the best view, the shower in the room is very small, and the steep road access is not easy if you're hauling luggage.

we traveled Venice , Florence,Rome and finally Ancona before taking the ferry to Greece. this hotel was by far the best stay we had in Italy.I would 100% recommend it anyone who wants to stop for a good rest in Ancona. walking distance to the old town of Ancona, to the ferry check in and to the ferry departure terminals. also about 10 min walking to the Railway station. great views over the bay and the port. top breakfast, that has absolutely all to offer and more.very pleasant staff. 12 a clock checkout time which is great if have booked the early afternoon ferry. 10 point out of 10

Very friendly hosts, clean spacious rooms, parking and only 2 mins walk to the beach where you have complimentary sun loungers and umbrella provided during your stay. The sea is very shallow and sheltered - ideal for families with children. Good facilities and bars on the beach. The hotel is basic but comfortable, you can have lunch and dinner if you let them know in the morning. Breakfast buffet was ok, would be great if they offered some boiled eggs, and tomato / cucumber slices to make sandwiches. Our room had no fridge or air con, but a fan was provided and water. Can be noisy at night from train noise with open window, but this probably affects all beach properties in the area. Overall, a friendly place to stay, 20 mins walk into centre of Senigallia.

Had a spare day in Ancona after our cruise and didn't want a cheap bog standard city hotel. This hotel is something different. A great view of the sea from this cliff top perch, within easy walk of some great Italian restaurants down a tree lined avenue. Relaxing stay wish we had days there not just one day and night. Reception staff went out of their way to help and welcome my wife and I

The hotel is located 10 kilometres from the Civitanova Marche train station and over 60 kilometres from Ancona Airport. The hotel is brilliantly located near most of the shoe brand factories - Mario Bruni, Alberto Guardiani, Doucals, Franceschetti, and the nearby ‘Il Castagno Brand Village’ outlet store where you can find Campanile, Hugo Boss and Prada, with the Tod’s outlet located opposite. Very modern and contemporary 4 star category, caters mainly to businessmen and a few leisure travellers. Both the exterior and the interior of the hotel are well kept and maintained. Room: We booked a suite – 50sm which with a kitchenette, private garden and a modern bathroom, huge bathtub with very good water pressure. The king size bed was comfortable, they converted the sofa bed in the living room to a queen size bed to accommodate us, I later found out this was organized by Gioia Brasili who helped me with the original reservation. It was low season during our stay where we found good seats by the window. The breakfast served at the restaurant was excellent with varieties of breads, juices, pastries, fruits, yogurt and a small selection of bacon and eggs. Staff are always ready to welcome you with a smile and they speak basic/simple English. We visited the Restaurant Mediterraneo on our first night, it was recommended by Yuri who works for the hotel, the restaurant offers great range of seafood and meat dishes from the region with a good selection of wines. The highlight and the most important element of this hotel is the staff, from the front desk team, housekeeping and F&B team were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Always with a smile and a warm welcome, they were all gracious, hospitable and made our stay really pleasant. It would be hard to name all of them, but a few names like Gioia, Alberto and Yuri come to mind amidst a dozen smiling faces we have seen, we say molto grazie to all of them. Will definitely return soon in the near future.

This hotel boasts being around for 100 years and judging by the hair-dryers this seem true. The hotel is a basic hotel with staff who try very hard in a Fawlty Towers kind of way. Information provided by reception staff about the local area were inevitably wrong and the little guy who runs around doing anything that crops up will remind you of Manuel. The rooms do not have security boxes although they may be available at reception. There are a couple of passable restaurants in the near vicinity. Don't be talked into going on the bus to the beach south of the town. The lilos and umbrellas are booked out for the season and even though there may be 100 empty chairs because they are booked you will not be allowed to use them. The beach consists of big white rocks that you cannot sit on and the thin strip of public beach area would not accommodate a small dog. The city is off the tourist trail except for ferries linking Greece and Italy.

Right opposite beach and walking distance into town. Rooms were comfortable and clean and bathroom good. Great bar and casual eating area with plenty of room to sit and relax. The restaurant was extremely good and the service was excellent. Many restaurants close by and plenty of shops to go browsing. Also good little restaurant across road right on the beach, served great pasta. Would stay there again.

Pina is exceptional. So helpful and went out of her way to help with an issue separate from the hotel, because of my language barrier. Beautiful, clean apartment with great views of the ocean. Very close to the town, restaurants, and kitesurfing schools. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is that there are washing machines and a dishwasher available in the room, but no laundry soap or dishwasher detergent.

My daughter's and my stay was short, only 4 nights but we enjoyed it very much. We were warmly greeted by the staff. Registration was easy. The room,although we didn't have the Panoramic view, was lovely and inviting. We were very comfortable, very impressed. The news was good as it was a busy time in the USA. We had computer access to check email, again great. The foods offered for breakfast were delicious with a nice variety. Good coffee and juices. I look forward to my return. Thank you.

we stayed for 2 nights in la meridiana hotel.with agoda we booked our room. the hotel is located in trasanni, about 4km from urbino on the road to pesara. it has lots of parkingplace (wich is expensive in urbino town) and a very nice swimmingpool. we appreciated it very much because the outdoor t° was 38°c. the room are basic but very clean, airco and a nice bathroom. towels and bedlinnen were changed everyday,yet we didn't ask for it. very good breakfast with different fresh cakes and pastry, juice, coffee of tea, fresh fruit. the staff was very helpful and friedly.
