Smelled very bad like dampness Doesn't have any windows Boiler and showed aren't working very well We waited for the check-in around an hour and a half Breakfast is a joke. Some croissants and toasts but not enough for the stay The neighborhood doesn't feel safe

Nice, clean room with kitchen. Enough storage room. Two tables. Comfy bed. Pretty quiet place considering it's in Napoli. Despite some comments here, felt pretty safe in the neighborhood.

The shower wasn't working very well. The breakfast wasn't really breakfast, but some cookies and dried toasts. No cofee or tea. Wi-Fi wasn't available. The location is accesible only by taxi after 10 pm.

The kitchen

It was pretty dirty not even sweeped or moped , dirty walls bathroom and smell of mold. I mean it’s a renovated place but cleaning is no.1

the bed is with two single sized mattress put together so sometimes they separate in the middle of the night, something in the bathroom is slightly broken, e.g. shower head and sitting of the toilet.

there were many issues with the apartment. the first day they texted me 2 hours before check in (we already landed in Italy and went to the place) that we cant check in until 6pm?? however we were only two girls and the locality was scary. Then I texted them saying what we should do if we’re already in front of the apartment with all of our stuff (we’ve been staying for a week there). so they texted me it’s ok, that we can go in. i don’t understand what was the issue. the apartment did not look bad at all if you weren’t checking the stuff out closely. the dishes were not clean, there was mess in the closet and everything smellt weird. the beddings were very cheap and we couldnt sleep at them, because something was biting us the whole night. our wifi was working only on the first day and after that I was texting the host everyday to repair it and they didnt. + info - they don’t speak english at all. :) so you cant communicate with them in any way. It’s just a shame because this place could be really good if they just took 30 more minutes with cleaning and changing the old dirty stuff. Bonus the shower was a weird thing to work with, the toilet seat was broken. Twice in 7 days some lady tried to open the apartment in the morning because she thought we were meant to check out.

location-one of the most dangerous parts of Naples we were unable to get a taxi to take us there it’s really unsafe, people approach you on every corner. The towels were clean yet dirty at the same time Honestly, wouldn’t recommend based on the location itself

Basement, very humid. There were also problems upon arrival, at first they changed the check in time for 2 hours and no one speak English

lovely apartment, done out really nice and has everything you need! There was even a box of goodies/breakfast treats for us which was really nice of the owners. it was close to the train station so we could easily get to other places

The only thing I didn’t like was the location/neighbourhood that the property was located, it seemed quite scruffy/dirty with litter everywhere and us being two young girls we found that men would stare/shout/beep at us walking down the street - which wasn’t nice at all

there was no air conditioning and I think visitors should be made aware that it is extremely humid and buying a disposable fan is advisable for during the night or long periods indoors during the daytime

What you see in photos are not what you get. Bathroom was dirty, the apartment zone is dirty and far from the city center. Apartment had insects and cockroaches in it. If you want to visit napoli don't recommend this apartment.

-room doesn’t look like on the photos -room is in a basement and it has a one little window -damp, smelly air -the aircondition didn’t work -towels and linen were dirty -breakfast was packed products - there was a mold on the wall - location is bad, it is really unpleasant part of Naples

The place was ok clean and pet friendly!

First of all, the wifi was not working the entire time we stayed there, even after complaining to the owner. And there is no reception so we couldn't even use our cell data. He told us that it would be back the day after but it never worked and never came back to us... After that, the "queen" bed was two single beds pushed together! It was really uncomfortable.. The breakfast was basically snacks... and was clearly not enough for 3 days! But the worst : no toilet seats...! Let's say it's not really practical! I tried to call the owner many times to ask him if he could take care of it and never answered me... My partner called him (he didn't have his number) and immediately picked up. He told us about the wifi and that he would reach to us for the toilet seat the next morning. Around 10 am still nothing from him so we decided to go on our day... We needed to complain to booking.com for him to do something... He never reached to us and he just got into the apartment without asking us if it was ok... The last thing... we were supposed to have a discount but after paying and the confirmation we saw that they took more money..

Very clean and modern apartment. Good equipped kitchen. Staff was also very helpful, when we had problems with plumbing, staff solved it very quickly.

It has also few weaknesses unfortunately. -Bed was very uncomfortable. There were two single mattresses that fell apart while sleeping, and a too small sheet that fell off. -The shower was also broken, the water only came from the rain shower, it was impossible to switch to the shower head. -We only got the included breakfast on the first day. In the rest we had to provide them ourselves -Uninteresting neighborhood, it was better not to go there after dark

The personal, very kind and flexible, they wait for us for a late check-in as they were helping us by WhatsApp too. Very nice room and very cute breakfast!! Elegant and modern. Fridge and kitchen.

Unfortunately the gas wasn't working the days we were there.
