Lovely hotel in excellent location”
Ideally located to visit the beautiful town of SAN Gimignano, it has the advantage of a beautiful pool within the gardens which was perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day. The hotel serves a basic continental breakfast and lunch which while not extensive was perfectly adequate. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole hotel was kept perfectly clean with lovely furnishings. My only complaint was the size of the room which offered only 2 feet (or less) floor space around the bed which we found difficult at times, having to step into the (tiny) bathroom to allow each other to pass. As all clothes storage was on one side of the room, this became a frequent occurrence and very irritating. Thank goodness we had a nice balcony which helped make the lack of space more tolerable. Our balcony overlooked the beautiful hillside and swimming pool. The larger rooms were unfortunately on the back of the hotel and had no view, backing straight onto trees and shrubs.

Perfect setting”
This was our third time staying here. First just my husband and I. Second time with a group of friends. And this time with family. Each time has been just lovely. Location is great. A short walk into San Gimignano. Beautiful views of the vineyards. Attentive staff. Accommodations are comfortable and clean and we like being just outside of town. We'll be back!

This was the best treat on our whole trip to Italy!! The views were inreal, the feel was ultra relaxing, the complimentary breakfast was supurb, the location was so convenient, and the staff were more than accommodating( especially Danielle)!! Short five minute stroll to centre. Pretty hotel with amazing views and well kept gardens. Staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious! Would definitely go back! Only negative was the size of the room for the money but we did expect this after reading other reviews.

Fabulous hotel ”
What a fantastic hotel the views are simply breathtaking service immaculate and breakfast spot on. A short walk to town but all uphill- quite steep. Only real issue was plagued by mosquitoes lots itchy bites come prepared. No idea how they get in need some sort of killer or deet. Rooms are small but immaculate you have to pay extra for that view There is some free parking but not always available

Very nice hotel within a 5 minute walk of town, which is key given that parking there is apparently a nightmare. Parking insight was no problem. Room was very nice, staff was very helpful and professional, breakfast was great. Would highly recommend

Great location”
We had booked a `classic` room which turned out to be fairly small with a mini bar that took 2 days to semi chill one bottle, a TV with poor reception that allowed you to watch for 5 minutes before going wonky. Apart from that it was fine, plenty of sunbeds round the pool area and a 5-10 minute walk up into the town. A nice old fashioned residents lounge with a good choice of books and even a Daily Telegraph. Travellers tips - avoid the coffee at breakfast, just ask the staff to make you an espresso. On check in we were given a town map together with a list of recommended restaurants ( all very good )

Be sure to get a larger room. The smallest room's bath was difficult at best for anyone over 5'5. I didn't know there was a choice in size. Wonderful place and quiet.

Honestly not worth the money”
The picture of the room we booked looked very different from what we got. The room is very small and very dated. There is no view at all of anything in the patio, just bushes. The grounds are nice but again, the pictures are deceiving. The pool was not clean. Overall, very disappointed, especially given all the options in the area.

Perfect location to stay as a base for visiting San Gimignano and the surrounding Tuscany countryside . The hotel itself is set in a very pretty setting with a nice pool for that summer dip. Like the fact that it also offers secure parking. The normal room are a tad small. Better to book the bigger rooms with views.

Quiet Paradise”
We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful and well cared for. It was a quiet escape from the centre of town, while still being just a short walk from all the action. The breakfast was an added bonus. Would definately stay here again if we are lucky enough to have our travels bring us back this way.

Overall good stay, good value per money ”
The rooms are abit old dated but overall comfortable enough for a stay. We stayed for one night, the pool was nice and the location is very good to visit San Geminano (5 min stroll) Only had two issues : Air conditioning was abit on the low side WiFi didn't work at most times

Cobran el parking propio de ellos. pieza antigua diminuta baño diminuto y tv diminuto servicios malos no hay agua de cortesia cobran agua caliente no hay restaurante a lanoche cobran depósito por las toallas de pool desayuno moderado sin oferta de variedad de tes ducha incomoda y peligrosa sin alfombra de goma amenitiez de baja calidad mobiliario anticuado Ropa de blanco buena cslidad almohadas duras. no me dieron la factura por la estadía. sector de pileta y solariu muy bueno
