"The only hotel in Vung Tau that has it's own private beach club right across the street which make accessing the beach easier and less of a hassle compare to other hotels in Vung Tau. Their service was good, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet variety could be improved but taste-wise was good. My hotel of choice whenever I'm in to Vung Tau. "

"Room is very clean and the facilities are quite good. Good - location is awesome. - Price is good but not the best among the hotels in Vung Tau city. - TV and the room is updated and very clean. Not so Good - The sofa in the lobby looks very used and dirty. The management should clean it soon. - The bar / coffee area looks very old, time for an upgrade as well. - The selection of food during breakfast is not that good as well. "

"The palace hotel is a fantastic place to stay for the price you pay. Besides the obvious need of a little facelift around the place which did not bother my wife or I as it has everything a person could need. Staff are beautiful, friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast is great, meals at hotel are very well priced and it’s the only place I stay when in Vung Tau and I’ve tried almost all the hotels there. "

"I chose the Vung Tau Intourco resort because of it's proximity to the beach - it was under construction on our previous visit to Vung Tau two years ago. Our room was on the ground floor behind the reception area and our private balcony overlooked the beach straight ahead and one of the pools to our right. The sand was about a 30 second walk from our room with the pool about 20 seconds away. Swimming in the warm, clean waters of the South China Sea or the cooling waters of the pool made for a relaxing stay. Meals were good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Strolling along the beach and watching the sun rise over the Long Hai mountains and the local fishermen and women pulling in their nets was a highlight."

"I booked 2 rooms in there however I never back again. The service very bad, I go there with my family but they release 2 rooms in 2 diffirent houses and very far and the recieption didn’t inform to us from the beggining, we only know it when I receive room. After that we want to change to another 2 rooms in 1 house but the lady manager didn’t support, she gave me a lot reason but I think it’s not a good way support customer, she’s not friendly and not support at all. I tried some resort in Long Hai and Vung Tau but this is the first time I recieved the service like this. About the room is fine, a little bit small but clean, easy to call shuttle car however the light in stair not working in everning, we must use the light from mobile phone when we want to in or out room. The resort need to improve the service."

"We often go to the Imperial next door but this time we chose to stay in a more affordable hotel and it was very pleasant. The porter greeted us and took our bags to our room. The check-in was efficient with plenty of English and things looked good from the first impression of the lobby. Our room had a lovely view over the sea and back over Vung Tau city and the mountains. Everything looked clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was well managed with a young guy watching the kids and I ordered a couple of beers watching my daughter enjoy herself. The breakfast has no cereal but there was plenty of eggs , toast and meat as well as salad. I do find the Imperial a bit pretentious with all the fake Regency paintings and statues. The Sammy has all the facilities without the cost and the phoney environment. I have no hesitation in recommending this place for a pleasant few days ar Vung Tau "

"Pleasantly surprised by the laid back, spacious and relaxing atmosphere of Vung Tau and the P&T Hotel, specially after busy Ho Chi Minh city, great retreat for a break and only a pleasant 1H30mn ferry trip from HCM, but, as often in Asia,there was a massive negative point to this hotel, there is a Disco Club on the ground floor attached to the Hotel and the music blasting out of it till 2am evry night virtually reverbates throughout all the floors including the top floors, the management/staff don't seem to bother about it, definitely not for light sleepers and on my next visit I will choose another Hotel away from this one for that reason only, shame, evrything else ticks "
