"What a fantastic 5 star hotel - it overlooks the Naples Ferry Terminal and is in a great location. The included breakfast was excellent & the dining experience is also worth a mention -the Dining room is on the 10th floor so the night time views over the Ferry Terminal are fantastic. Also have a drink or light snack overlooking the pool which is on the 9th floor."

"I was immediately upgraded on arrival from my single room booking to a double room with a sea view - how lovely! (it is low season). room was great, nice hot bath every night, a couple of english lang TV news channels, comfy bed, lots of pillows; breakfast was awesome - nice touches including local pastries, grapefruit juice, fruit, muesli, hot chocolate - all appreciated. Staff were helpful in a number of ways. Even found the 'fitness room' after 3 attempts (it's not signed or mentioned in the services directory) - it's minimal but ok. i walked from here to the Port for ferries twice, and all around old part of town and up to Gallerie Umberto, so location is great. Cons: there aren't many. Staff don't know tourist info, so don't bother asking things like 'where does this ferry go from?' or 'where do i get this bus?' as they are just guessing.... Rooms are kitted out in cheap white chipboard fittings but overall very pleasant. Weirdly, the whole front wall facing Vesuvius with fantastic views is bricked in - you just get a small side window facing out to the sea - opportunity lost for great views!! but these are minor - overall a great hotel."

"The best part is the rooms are new. Unfortunately the hotel is inside an office building which poses several difficulties for you. One is the fact that the elevator requires 50 cents to travel upstairs and it is only large enough for two people with luggage. The second is that the reception of the hotel is not 24 hours. In fact in my three days at the hotel I only saw the staff at the desk one time in the afternoon. There was nobody in the desk at 3pm on Sunday and was locked out of the front door and had to wait for another guest to enter the door. This is a big down side. Otherwise the rooms are great and the owner is very helpful to introduce her city. I just hope they can fix the reception and have a staff there more often. Most people don't travel with a working local phone to call in case of help."

"Booked a room for 3 persons. Hotel is on the 5th floor of a large building that was centrally located in the old town and in a safe area. Our room was amazingly luxurious, modern and full of understated elegance. The technology in the room was high tech but very easy to use, and every fitting was obviously of the highest standard, right down to the light switches, shower buttons and the very silent bathroom door. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast provided by the hotel was simple but delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel can certainly stand its own against the top chain hotels, and in my opinion, better than a lot of them! Definitely our favourite hotel throughout our trip in Italy, and we will certainly pick this again if we return to Naples!"
