we couldn’t use the spa facilities nor the swimming pool (that was the only reason why we went) because you had to pay 40€ more per person and it was only available until 4pm! the check in was only from 2pm so it made no sense. We asked them to use the only the sauna once but they didn’t give us any solution. terrible attention on the day we arrived. They didn’t want to talk to us. Awful experience i don’t recommend it at all.

Even though the facility promotes itself as &quot;terme&quot;, we&#39;ve checked in at 14h, but were not allowed to use the spa. The reception said we can use it next morning from 10am, but of course the check out was at 10am, so it was impossible. The facility is definitely partly misadvertising and should be avoided by tourist seeking a spa, because you will be disappointed.
