Perfect for business travel”
We stayed in a Junior Suite and found it to be well laid out, clean, quiet, and stylishly furnished. The suite windows opened onto a back lane way so there was very little street noise. Especially if you close the outside window shutters. Wifi got a solid 40mb download and 5 to 10 upload but was a bit weak in the kitchen area on smaller devices. On the laptop it was fine. I recommend getting a prepaid Vodafone SIM when in Europe anyway as these are cheap and usually faster than wifi in most places. There is a dividing wall you can pull across between the bedroom and the hallway so if you have 2 x single beds it is possible to move one into the kitchen area if you want more privacy. Air conditioning was powerful and there is one unit in the bedroom and one in the kitchen area with individual thermometers. Bathroom is large, well lit, and there were no open drain or mould smell issues (a common problem we have found in other apartments). Water pressure was impressive.

We did have a great and wonderful time in this Hotel. When arrived, the young female lady in the front desk gave us a warm greeting and kindly provide us good info for local food. The room we booked is a junior suite which is large, clean, beautiful and well equipped . The location is perfect , close to Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, very convinient to everywhere in Florence. Even though it’s close to the center, there was little noise at night around here, and sound insulation was good too. A lovely place, that I would love to stay next time.

I have been to Florence 4 times and this is still one of the best that I have stayed in, highly recommend it. The only kink is that the coffee offered in the rooms is instant coffee, so disappointing for a country that prides itself of its coffee. Most of the places in Italy where I stayed in either had a coffee brewer or even better, a coffee pods machine.

Fantastic property in heart of Florence”
Beautiful room with every amenity. Newly renovated, comfortable king bed. View of the Duomo from the entrance and only 3 minutes walk and 5 minutes to the market. Friendly staff, and very secure and upscale location within minutes of some of Florences's best restaurants and attraction.

A Spacious Oasis in the Heart of Florence”
We had a lovely stay at the Residence Hilda. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge and always cool, which is helpful when the temperature is 40 degrees Celsius. Because it was walking distance to all the main sites, we were able to seek refuge in our room to cool off mid-afternoon. We also loved how thick the towels were. Just some tips for the hotel: The hair dryer is not powerful enough to actually dry hair and the pillows are quite hard.

Residence Hilda is a great choice for visiting Florence, value for money, clean and spacious apartment, full kitchen equipped for making your own meals, close to everywhere in the old city but still keeps its quietness , and the staff are all very friendly.

Awesome location, everything is pretty much within walking distance. One of their staff, Gabrielle, was amazing. He told us where to go and when, what to eat, how to get where we were going. Took care of everything, absolute legend! The rooms were also great, spacious and had everything we needed. Loved it! Would stay here again

Ideal stay. Elegant, comfortable, quiet, nice breakfast place across the street. Wooden floors, neutral colors, black & white marble bathroom, heaven! Very close to the Cathedral, little supermarket in the same street-loved my stay!

Quiet and Spacious ”
This hotel is situated just a few minutes away from the Duomo. This is quite spacious and convenient to everything, such as market, gelato, restaurants, and the Duomo . The room has a full kitchen which is quite convenient. During the day, you’ll see pedestrians walking on the hotel street. But at night, it is very quiet.

This hotel had an amazing location, along the end of the road was the duomo. All things we wanted to see were walking distance. Suite was lovely and spotlessly clean, very spacious for the two of us and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to a friend.
