So upon looking at the maps and etc, we found that Crockfords was the fastest and easiest for accessibility. Hence we booked it and no regrets! The coach busses stops at the depot which is right down from the Hotel. (First world Hotel is another hotel which is accessible but be prepared to wait long during check in). Staffs at the hotel were too good and most helpful! There is a buggie service from the exit of the mall to bring you to their lobby. So if you are tired, just ring the bell and poof! So when you enter they greet you, take ypur luggage, get you a seat and serve orange juice! How niceee ! The rooms have an awesome view, but the night view is the most beautiful! Cleanliness is the best here. I'm a freak for being neat, organized and clean. So staffs were great when they clean up.. Best part of all: they surprised guests with their complimentary bakes over the days. I had macarons served on Day 2 night & brownies on Day 3. How awesome right! Smooth check in & out. (Do keep 200RM separately for the hotel deposit). Their snacks & drinks are chargeable but they have good choices though. The mall is a huge place, no matter where you exit or enter there are shops and eateries at every nook. Even the outdoor theme park is actually connected, and you can walk down to it. As for the food, you will be spoilt for choices but for Muslim Travellers you need to know or ask if the restaurant is halal or not. As there are lots of choices and some were not halal in fact. Better to check.. I had an amazing time at Genting, especially when choices are made right, it's always a happy journey for all! Hope you'll have fun too and rmb to book Crockfords for your stay! ❤️

6 star stay with 6 star service”
the stay was indeed amazing. Every moment is a surprise. As we checked in, there were fruits and complimentary wine, with balloons and a teddy bear which melts my heart. The room was sparkling clean and sanitised. The room is equipped with coffee machine and steam room, the curtains and lights r fully controlled by touch screen automation. The bed and pillows were nice to sleep on. After dinner, we came back to the room, and found a sweet surprise, a dessert on the coffee table (3 flavoured cheese cakes) and a set of sleeping kit on the bed (chocolates, sleeping mist and lip balm). The breakfast was served to room the next morning (due to pandemic, buffet wasnt allowed), the dishes were still steaming hot in the steam compartment under the serving table - very well-thought of by the hotel crew. The dishes (egg omelette bacon, and lobster nasi lemak) were delicious and fresh. Check out procedures were smooth and quick, and it comes with a set of checked out gift! I will surely return!

Me and my family had a pleasant stay at Crockfords. All hotel staffs were very warm and helpful to us. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel management is very generous with complimentary items (the exclusive stuffed crockford teddy, a plushy tiger, fruits, CNY dessert and luggage tag etc). Their lovely personal touches with the welcoming notes and letters makes it all the more pleasant. It's location is most stratergic that it's within walking distance to all of the attractions. Our vehicle, car park and luggages were all taken care of. Their buggy service which is almost always available at all time is really the cherry on the cake. In short, it's perfect!

The room very nice, clean, comfortable, and elegant. The bed was facing to the window and the mountain view from there very prefer and except. There was variant type of welcome fruit and Moet champagne to be served. My 2 kids was so happy with the welcomes bears and balloons provided. There was a gift to us whe check out time. Location of hotel very convenient which located beside First World and SkyAvenue. On 3rd floor, there is the lift direct to the entrance of casino. The staff very polite and helpful. This is the best hotel I ever stay in my life. I will definitely come back again if I visit to Genting Highland next time.

Excellent Rooms & Staff”
Room is very nice and clean especially my kid very like this hotel. All the staff service is very excellent too. But I just want to highlight 2 things is they miss out my welcome drink and might be F&B area too busy. Another one is breakfast serve with menu and food just normal nothing special. I’m expected something breakfast buffet since paid premium price but quite disappointed. I hope improve from your food area. Overall for this Hotel is Excellent and next time will back this hotel again. Thanks.

Check in was personalized with welcome drink. Feel comfortable and relaxed. Room view is superb. Undulating mountains with a clear river flowing by. Ceiling to floor, side to side glass window with unobstructed view. Wake up with such amazing view. Unforgettable. Facilities in room were standard for such starred hotel. Bathroom and toilet separated. Good water pressure. Nice breakfast nice coffee.

Staffs are friendly and very polite. Very clean and they did sterilized the room and sealed for the next guest. And they did a lot to welcome their guest, i.e wine, pastries etc. and the best thing is the bed is facing the view. Very nice Mountain View when u wake up in the morning. I definitely will be back again.

Such a fantastic stay and a repeatable choice for another visit to Genting. Exquisite service from the moment you step in until the end of your stay. Special mention to Ms Avalin who checked us in, explained in details about facilities in the hotel and our dining and entertainment arrangements. Every room has a beautiful view of the mountains, rooms has everything you would need for your stay. As a guest you get access to the Club bar, restaurants and gaming too. Don’t really need to get out of the hotel. The only aspect for improvement imho , is a clearer guide to guest parking. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you.

Clean, nice views and excellent service”
Worth every penny, staff are very polite and helpful, rooms are clean and sanitized before we checked in, room size is big and toilet is big with everything we need. The best plus point is the location is superb with a buggy service with u are too lazy to walk to SkyAvenue. Breakfast was very tasty too. I will certainly be back.

Great service and friendly staff! They even have a free buggy service to bring u from the hotel entrance to the escalator even though it’s a walkable distance. Enjoyed my stay there. The interior design and cleanliness is fantastic! My kid even commented on how pretty and big the toilet was 😅

Wonderful stay”
Staff very attentive from the point of arrival until check out. The room was superb with great amenities, steam shower, automatic light and curtain (however, the control panel at bedside table stop working on the night of our stay) and very nicely furnished and decorated. A bit disappointed when the hotel was unable to secure a booking at the burger and lobster restaurant despite claiming able to book most of restaurant in Genting for their patrons. All and all great stay with superb view and definitely will come again!

Impressive hotel, but bad time management”
I have booked 3 rooms x 2 nights. family with kids (3 year-old) and elderly (72 year old) as well. Overall, we are quite happy with our stay. 1. The room is clean; 2. The food (breakfast) is good, just a bit too much. Will suggest to hotel to provide smaller portion (another option) so that your guests won't feel guilty on the food wastages. I went with my mom. We only ordered 1 from the main menu, still we can't finish it. 3. Customer facing staff are excellence. They are very polite and helpful. 4. Special event home deco (birthday) is quite nice. However, I'm not too happy with their housekeeping time management. I supposed I can get the room key by 3pm. But, at 3pm, only 2 rooms are ready. My 3rd room only ready after 5pm!! sigh. I hope the hotel can do something to deliver their rooms on time to their guests. That's all

Love the ambience in the room, felt like home. We got room with mountain view was really ease our mind peacefully. Front desk very helpful during check in and check out, our luggage was handled with care. Delicious dessert from crockfords butler was really surprise us. Wish that breakfast could have more variety choices. And yes!! Definitely will come back again when coming to genting Highland next time. Good work team Crockfords!!

Best 5 Star in Malaysia”
Travelled with a 14 months old and requested for a baby cot and baby bath tub. Room service was immaculate and excellent. Love the little turn down kit in the bedroom and the small treats before the end of the night. Had given us a surprise room decoration as it was our anniversary. Room was spacious and comfortable. My husband definitely love the steam bath and champagne. Lots of freebies and even my little one has his own toiletries kit and a plushies to bring home with. Breakfast was scrumptious and even after check out you will be given a departure gift. Free valet parking and did i mention that they help you book your dinner to any restaurant in Genting and you can just jump the queue and rock up like a VIP. Will definitely come again.

Best service, breakfast and stay”
Stayed at Crockfords for 2 nights over the weekend and everything was near perfection, from check-in to check-out. The staff we encountered were all superb! The hotel breakfasts were surprisingly our best meals in Genting Highlands! They even had scaled down food portion for children - which is really thoughtful! :) Loved my short stay with them and would definitely stay at Crockfords again!

Amazing hotel ”
Everything about this hotel is amazing with the exception of slow Wifi speed. Decor, mountain view rooms, little touches, comfort. Really hard to pick on anything. Staff do their work with pride and passion....I even saw one of their guest officers (not cleaners ) wiping the vanity desk of the lobby restroom dry.

I will come back for sure. Everything was so wonderful and unforgetable. Even the small little thing like they will tidy up your messy cable charger at bedside table. The room was so clean and tidy. Hopefully everything will still the same when i come back ☺️
