THE BEST HOTEL IN SIBU”
This was my very first time visiting Sibu. I book this hotel at the price of RM170/night. The facilities were superb as you can expect form a 4-star hotel. I was given an early check in at 11:30am as my room was ready and really greatful for the kindness of the staffs. I did late check out at 2pm which was reasonable enough. The location was EXTRA GREAT!!. The breakfast was GOOODD. The nasi lemak and the omelette was delicious but the breakfast was lacking of variety of food. All attractions and restaurant is just walking distance. I will definitely come again to this Hotel.

👍🏼 The room was clean. The bed was really comfortable and after a 6 hour road trip,i really need a good rest. Please kindly try the beef burger at the restaurant, it is marvelous. The staf was very friendly and helpful. 👎🏼 The restaurant close at 5pm.

Nice environment, food festival is just right behind the Hotel with walking distance of less than 1km. Room and bathroom is clean and well maintained. Just the Television is not so entertained due to old type of TV with local channel and no HBO or any movie channel.

Somehow the tub plug cover went missing. Loss the oppyrtunity to do long hour bath in the tub. Hope could change the tele to a new one esp android tv. Something to look fwrd for.

An excellent accomodation in the small town of Sibu”
Thank you RH hotel for giving my family of 2 adults and 2 children the corner room on the 11th floor with the best view of Sibu. We are also grateful that you gave my elderly parents the room next door to us which had interconnecting door. The room was spacious and clean. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed cooling down in the lovely swimming pool. The only downside was the old style TV and the shower over the bath (which was slippery for my elderly parents to use). The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the night market, right next door to Wisma Sanyan shopping mall. Many food options right at your door step. This is definately our top pick whenever we visit Sibu.

Comfortable Stay”
Pros : Got a good view from my room at Level 13 Executive Floor (city view and facing the mighty Rajang River). Given a spacious room, comes with large bathroom. Clean and comfortable room. High speed wifi connection. Fast check-in service. Friendly staff. Good security access to Executive Floor (only those with access card allowed to the respective floor) Cons : Please change to flat TV. Limited channels to watch and the box TV didn't give a sharp view. Requested for non-smoking room and was given a room with ashtray and matches. There is some unpleasant smell (like cigarettes smell along the floor corridor). I hope this hotel can change to a fully NON-SMOKING hotel in order to maintain its air cleanliness.
