Strategic location besides district 1 even able to walk across the river to it. The unit is spaces with reasonable price fir family of 4. Host Brian is very friendly and helpful to assist in many way. Highly recommended for travellers looking for spaces stay with reasonable price and Strategic location.

They gave me the room different room what I were booked online . And the funny story that when I noticed that I forgot one T-Shirt at her place . She asked me to wait for her check with the staff then she will information to me . And I waited her for long time , when I contact her again and she told me because she forgot my contact so she just wait for me contact her again , that’s ok . Then I contact her by Zalo , by phone number she didn’t reply me until now . Even she told me that she saw my T-Shirt but later she said that she throw it away because she think it is a knock off and not real one . Then I told her I bought it in LV shop and I even get the receipt, how can that be fake ? Yes until now she didn’t reply or answer my call , I think even that T-Shift fake or real she have no right to help me decide through it away . Or at least she can have clearly answered me not tried ignoring me . The worst service I ever see

Sài Gòn 9 Studio Apartment ”
A compact and self contained studio with kitchenette located on the 18th floor. City view and within walking distance of the infamous Bùi Viện Street but ideally a grab taxi is required for most journeys. The adjacent main road is somewhat noisy and the air conditioning needs putting in "quiet mode" overnight. The sink is fairly worn and some cupboard door nobs missing. A extra light is required in the bathroom above the large mirror. Overall a decent place to stay and the hosts are very helpful and respond promptly to any questions. I hope the readers find this review helpful and accurate if they do stay here.

The rooms are beautiful and clean and the facilities are great the pool/gym/playground is such a nice addition. Brian, the gentleman that looks after the bookings is super helpful and accomodating, cannot recommended enough 10/10

Perfect for groups! Netflix on the tv for movie nights and the apartment is clean and nice. Location is good to, you could either walk or get a grab which is super cheap. Check in and out was good and you can pay in cash or by PayPal.

The apartment is well located and has a beautiful view over the river. I however did not have a pleasant experience. I agreed with the host that I would text him 15 mins before i came, and I did so. However I had to wait for him 15 mins until he came and did the check in with the reception for me (this mattered to me since I had a baby with me). The check in took some time. The apartment when i came was not clean. The floor next to the bed was not clean with dust, hair and some tiny stuff. So was dining chairs, sofa. Also i at first did not get hot water. I called the host and was told to tell the security guard to fix this issue. I came down stairs to tell the guard. After 20 mins of nothing and it was late at 9pm, I called the host to ask but he did not answer the phone. He just sent me a short text and was not helpful until I got angry and told him to contact the security guard to fix the problem. Otherwise would check out. I finally had hot water, at almost 10pm. If you’d like to stay at a place with basic but sufficient kitchen stuff, this is not the one. The apartment provides some kitchen stuff, but for example, only one glass to use. No tower to clean the table or something like that. No tissue. Bathroom doesnt provide soap. Basically you should be having all of this.
