We ask for hot air balloon, hotel can not arrange. We ask for car to aswan, hotel can not arrange. It's very normal request why can not! Hotel very quiet even in the high season.

Lacking the basic things like help from the front desk to make a call, when arriving apart from notifications three days in advance no preparation was made upon arrival and the list goes on

Unprofessional”

I was disappointed after all the good reviews. I arrived and was told to wait, with no other explanation. Upon entering my room, it was immediately clear that someone had done a very hurried job of cleaning, and missed a large portion of the bathroom. The linens were all threadbare but clean enough. However, when I asked for a bath mat or hand towel they said no. It was very cold in the room (expected in the winter , but they could have offered another blanket) and extremely loud as well. Breakfast was served in the lobby in the form of a takeaway box, which was okay but really not that appealing. When I asked reception to help arrange transportation to the airport, they said no because there are taxis. Upon my insistence that it was stated on the website that they offer it, and due to the early time I was requesting, the guy grudgingly took my details. I ended up booking a transfer through someone else as I just didn't trust the hotel.

Cup of Hot Water Too Expensive”

I have asked for HOT water to fill up the cup noodle and they have charge USD 1.00 per cup this is a bit expensive and the hotel have to provide hot water if they keen to have guess from Asia and one more issue air condition is not working proper, too noise and too old.

Average hotel, staff were great”

The hotel is in a handy part of Luxor, some nice restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. The Italian restaurant a few shops down is amazing, take a look at the Kings Head Hotel that is a 5 minute walk away and also the Lantern Tavern for meals is quite nice too. I stayed for 3 nights and was pretty comfortable, the staff were very attentive and cleanliness was pretty good. A great 3 star hotel for those looking for value for money. The pool upstairs was not in operation but the area is secluded and quiet in the off season. Nice place to sun bake and read a book. Cheers

Nice hotel in the center of Luxor”

This hotel is in a very nice central position in Luxor. Near restaurants, pubs, police station. Safe place and friendly staff. Good for singles, couples and falmilies. There are two swiming pools (one for children).
