Best location”
The beachfront bungalows are just awesome, the location is 6 stars out of 5. The restaurant has excellent Thai food, the staff could be a little more attentive at times. Overall it's a dream to lick back there for a few days without breaking the bank. Will be back for sure!

Staff are so awful. Staff don’t work and can’t answer by our questions. Reception is empty . Staff don’t speak English language and can’t understand you. Beach is dirty.

Great location on waterfront”
The bungalows are cosy and only a few meters from waterfront and the lively beach. This resort is very close to restaurants, shops and activities and also the most popular music bar in the area. Resorts restaurant has a good choice of food. Great buffet breakfast with thai and western food is included in room price. We really enjoyed Sangtawan Resort !

Excellent location on the beach near amenities”
For the area, the guest house is good value for money. It's located in the centre of town near all amenities. Many rooms and the restaurant are right on the beach. Rooms cleaned every day and staff were quick to fix a light bulb. Service a little slow at breakfast but the food is good quality with a decent western & Thai choice. Other more expensive hotels will provide a better experience but Koh Chang is not cheap. This place will satisfy those on a budget.

Big family, rented 2 bungalows and 2 appartments. It is ON the beach. Lots of restaurants close to us, lots of events like diving, boattrips with fishing and snorkling, elephantsafari and other activities close to hotel. Dont need a swimmingpool when you stay on the beach

Highly recommend here. Nice wonderful place right by beach. We stayed family room with us 4 but the room is so large which can actually fit around 7-8 people! Will definitely be back. for 4 of us, it's so much valuable

Good foods but not really have a sand brach”
I think this is a good place for enjoy the beach and town life at the same time. Easy to walk along the beach (but quite small), have a nice seafoods and watch the fire shows at night.

Charming Hotel with a perfect Location!”
I had a Lovely room a balcony and it was very Clean. The only disadvantage was the pub across the street that played at live Music until eleven or midnight every night. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel serves quite good food!

Great location relaxing environment”
This hotel was great value for money. a lot quieter than some of the places I have stayed in Thailand. The only noise was from the bar across the road but it stopped around 11pm. Right on the beach, lots of choice when it comes to restaurants in this area

Had a good stay at sangtawan , but had a storm with a lot off rain . Tv channels could have some channels for foeigners . Nice location close to beach .

Bed linen changed every 2-3 days. Friendly, helpful staff in restaurant and housekeeping.Only downside was the very loud music some days, although with extractor fan on, noise not so noticeable! Will certainly go again.

well.... it was exactly on beach.....we were in a group of almost 17 people including kids. The staff is very friendly .... we had 4 rooms and the day we need to check out .... requested the staff to allow us for late check out for one room and they agreed happily..... great stay :)

Basic accomodation with nice beach front location”
TV didn't work. reported each of 3 days. Not fixed. No Beach Chairs - all of 3 or 4 chairs were in use long term. Water was leaking from bathroom ceiling when Air Condition from First day - never was fixed. However the staff was very nice and promised repair every day and apologized profusely the next day then promised again with much apology. when you go ask to see H6, it probably still won't be fixed.

Great location and food but very poor facilities”
Location was great since it was right on the beach. The location to other restaurants, shopping, and other activities was also great. The only down side was the quality of the beds and bathrooms. The beds are not comfortable and the bathroom is substandard. The shower has little to no water pressure and the bug infestation is intolerable. The staff are quite nice, though, which makes it difficult to say anything bad about the hotel.
