"They used pictures of a $320 room to sell a $220 room. When we got to the hotel and we're taken to the room I told them the room they gave us was not the one they advertised. I had to show the girl at the reception counter how wrong their advertising on Agoda was and had to argue with her to finally switch us to a room that matched the pictures they used in their booking process. "
