On my first day here, I was a bit disappointed due to the fact that the WiFi signal wasnt able to reach by single bed room, which is located at the back. Not to mention, there were a few mosquitoes flying around in the room, weirdly enough cause there seems to be no holes they could've gotten in from. Anyways, swatted the living hell out of them and carried on w my life. However, after three or four days, after asking for a cleanup, and complained about the mosquitoes, the owners cleaned up my room w a bottle spray of Ridsect. I wish I had complained sooner. The owners were kind enough to help boost the WiFi, which seems to be a lot better. Because of their hospitality, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sg Petani, a very lovely town, with lots of food to eat. This hotel is also next to Sushi-Ya, a very nice and affordable place to satisfy your cravings for some raw meat. Thank you guys!

OK For A Short Stay”
I was provided with only 1 small bottled water during my 5 nights stay. However, bottled drinks, hot drinks etc are available for purchase at the reception counter. My room was located at the farthest end and I could hear what could be the sound of drainage and other sound which were very disturbing and I couldn't sleep well because of the sound. The surrounding is very quiet with not many people around. I took Grab rides during my whole stay and some of the drivers do not know the location since the Grab map pinning the address to somewhere else. This hotel could improve in cleanliness and soundproofing.

for the amount paid a real value for money hotel. only down side toilet cleanliness which I think need some attention to details. Awesome friendly ever will to help staffs. location is wonderful just a walk away from Starbucks, KFC & local eateries. there's a mall about a 3min drive away

You get what you paid for. However, that doest exclude them from providing basic needs and comfort. Sure, its cheap, and they have water heater. But, the water pressure is low. And its not even working. Ive seen these kinds of reviews before and it seems like its not their best interest to find a long term solution for this. The room actually does smell like feet, they do give some kind of air freshener spray thingy ma jiggy. But, really, it smells like feet. The rest is ok, the airconds working, the bed is comfortable. Hence, you get what you pay for. Thank you for the stay.

Staff was so rude. We checked in very late at midnight but the staff was so rude to say that ‘ Ikut hati memang nak marah lah, geram, kalau saya balik ni, tak boleh masuk ni, tak kira lah dah bayaq ka dak, but usually other hotel if we checked in very late at midnight they still have staff to attend. Supposedly the staff cannot leave their hotel like that with ni people at the reception

Wash basin trap leaking / not attached - informed hotel staff but no action, hole at bathroom down pipe, was requested to pay RM50 after online booking saying special rate @RM43 denied by hotel but agoda staff help me resolved the issue - wasted of time, lizard poo, unhygienic and not comfortable. First and last staying here.
