This is a good clean family run hotel. Some staff spoke very good English. Plenty of places to eat local food dinner within a short walking distance. Big C shopping centre is walkable, about 10 minutes walk. I loved to watch the squirrels out of my window in the big tree next door each morning. Complimentary coffee and boiling water is available in the entry beside reception.

Exceptional”

Very good option in Ubon. The rooms are large with a balcony and very comfortable and the whole place is immaculately clean. 500m to the nearest 7-11 and within 1000m you will find a Big C supermarket and countless restaurants and an open air market.

not a bad place , have parking lot , quiet , clean .The main difficulty i had is with the service desk/reception ..... not present all the time , the phone is land line , so if they are not at the desk it's pointless to call them ..... i advice the property to leave notes on the window if the staff is going somewhere and to get property mobile phone carried with the person in charge if he/she go out .

This place is value for money and central to the market at Ubon square and big C, there is plenty of street stalls selling food and restuarants all within a short walk

Happy”

I stayed 3 nights as I wanted to see a local football game. The hotel is in walking distance to the ground and local markets/shops. The staff was very friendly, helped me printing out my online boarding pass and were also helpful when asking for local attractions and events. The room was very clean. AC working flawlessly and the bed was comfortable. Only downside for me: Whenever somebody walked outside on the corridor it was very noisy and it felt as if people who were talking outside my room were actually standing next to my bed. Ear plugs are therefore highly recommended. :-) Will stay here again if I come back to Ubon.

Good clean room, good internet connection. Car park full. 10-15 minutes walk to shopping center. 5 minutes walk to 7 eleven. Location reasonably good

Great stay”

It was located in a quite lane and the room was really spacious with a big balcony. The bed was big and comfy. The staff couldnt speak any english but they were really friendly and nice. I rented a motorbike during my stay so the location does not really matter to me. However, if you choose the walk or travel by songthaew it might be a little far.

Vraiment top surtout pour le personnel très très serviable. Bon rapport qualité prix propre et grande chambre. Bons services : prêt d'un vélo, eau chaude, possibilité de remplir les bouteilles, laverie...

สำหรับที่พักก็โอเค แต่เข้าพักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจเลย วันแรกที่เข้าไป ได้ห้องที่ยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ ต้องเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ น้ำก็ระบายช้ามาก วันที่สองน้ำรั่ว รอเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่อีก (นานมาก) กว่าจะพักผ่อนทั้งที่เหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน ต้องมานั่งรอห้อง แถมนอนตอนกลางคืนมีหมาเห่าทั้งคืนอยู่หลังห้อง แล้วแบบว่าคนที่ดูแลที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าของก็ไม่รู้เรื่องอะไรเลย เอาเป็นว่าฝากไว้ให้ปรับปรุงด้วยนะคะ เพราะคนพักก็เยอะ เห็นรถจอดเต็มทุกวันเลย
