Paulo was a warm and responsible host ! Location was great for those staying overnight for Cruise departing from Rome Port of Civitavecchia.

Impressed with everything as soon as our room was booked. The most helpful, pleasant host ever! I cannot express how wonderful it was stay at this beautiful little place. We had a 3 night stay. So many extra touches and Paolo makes you feel like your the most important guest while staying here. Very clean, cozy and quiet. Lots of security. Safe little town anyway.Thankful for all the great recommendations, loved the restaurant! MAA is a perfect by the sea restaurant. Great service and meals. Plenty of ambiance. Scirocco Rooms is in a great location, it was the easy to get to everything by foot. Train, Port, Market, Beach, Pam Supermarket and many more restaurants. I would stay here again and only here. Thank you Paolo for a perfect start to our cruise holiday. 👌😊

By far the best part of this experience was Paulo who met us at midnight after we got off our train from Rome! He came and found us as we were walking to the room and he escorted us to the location. He then carried our luggage up to the room (one short floor) and explained everything to us. Not only that but he offered to take us to the cruise bus FOR FREE 😱 the day after and personally drove us there. He was so nice and personable. Best customer experience we have had in all of Italy!! Make sure you have WhatsApp so he can communicate with you. Wish I could give 11 stars for service! Also shower was so great with two shower heads and a tile seat - perfect. Paulo even turned on the AC on blast before we arrived as we are sensitive to the heat and made him aware. Newly updated rooms with water bottles and snacks and kettle to boil water were all great. Very clean and comfortable. Oh also if you have been traveling and need to wash your clothes, there’s a laundry place right up the street called Lavagettone elettrolux. Very easy to use and washed all my clothes in my suitcase in one load! And dried everything in 30 minutes! Just bring cash (I think it was 8 euro to wash and 5 euro to dry plus 1 euro for soap! Open 24/7! Thanks again!
