Seda is THE option”
I live in south Cebu and have traveled frequently to Cebu City for shopping and other needs. Seda is simply the best of all the options. Service is stellar, rooms are always clean and well-appointed, and the rooftop pool is choice. If I were to have any improvements to suggest it would be for check-in staff to always inquire whether I need a parking pass(sometimes I forget), to replace the bottled water they use(got old and stale during the pandemic I think), and have Netflix as an option for their TV instead of Signal cable which nobody I know uses and everybody I know thinks is terrible with even worse reception. These are all very minor in the big scheme of things and would not take away from my 5 star rating of their facilities.

Safe Hotel to Stay this Pandemic!”
During my stay, I saw the efforts of each hotel staff to make all of their guests' hotel experience great! On breakfast, they have a serviced buffet. Food is great. Their pool is clean, the towels are securely wrapped. The sanitation (alcohol) are strategically placed so that all can easily access it. And I love the Halloween themed welcome treat cookies! They also provide a free sanitation kit (facemask, alcohol and clean wipes).

I stayed for 5 nights and I have no complain except the occupants on top of my room, they were like running and moving furniture every night until I knew that they are children playing. Manager offered a room change but since its my last night I didn't accept instead they give me a free transport to airport. value for money, location, cleanliness, food and staffs are the best!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's located in a very strategic location, at the heart of IT Park, where it's surrounded by different restos and coffee shops (and even the night market). This means that it's not too dark even late at night. The room was bigger than expected, and was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good. Highly recommended when you come to Cebu!

easy check-in, easier check-out. room is comfortable. roofdeck (where the pool, gym and bar are) is so chill, i loved staying in there. only "i wish": label on the light switches. there are so many switches and i never got the hang of understanding which switch activates what. overall, wonderful stay. would love to stay again!

Clean Room, Perfect Location & Friendly People”
It’s right beside Ayala Bloc with Starbucks and Metro Supermarket. There’s even a bridge through. Room is clean but TV remote is useless cause you need to stand close to the TV to make it work. Staff are warm & friendly. Food is just so so but there’s a lot of restaurants around. Will come back!

My stay was great! thanks to Niko for upgrading our room. I booked a room for us to rest after getting vaccinated and I'm happy I choose this hotel. The room is clean and quiet, me and my mom was ablt to rest so good. Health protocols are followed and hotel staffs are nice. I will definitely go back.

The hotel is located beside a mall and in the middle of a business hub so its very convenient. The staff are courteous and warm. The hotel room was squeaky clean and nice. We got a corner room which has a nice view of the city. Food was affordable and good. I love the hotel.

I love the location of the hotel. It' in the middle of IT Park, beside the new Ayala EBloc Mall and near local restaurants. We were upgraded to a bigger room, the room is clean but it smells dirty. No bidet for the bathroom. They serve local food in a manage buffet during weekends and plated food on a weekdays. Overall, our stay was great.

I am glad I chose to be in Seda Central Bloc for my pandemic Christmas staycation. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The room is so spacious, and the amenities are luxurious. I had a peaceful and quiet stay. I also loved the Filipino breakfast buffet. Gym & pool accessibility was also efficiently managed. Great location within Cebu City”
the hotel is situated in IT Park, it has access to the supermarket at the basement level, has access to the mall and other establishments at the ground level, has a nice rooftop pool, and serves delicious breakfast buffet! they even serve puto and sikwati which tasted perfect. the staff are very accommodating as well. although they were at full occupancy at the time we booked, we still had good service and enjoyed our overall stay for 5D/4N. would definitely come back!

This property is connected to Ayala central bloc mall. Its breakfast has wide variety of food to choose from. its one bedroom apartment has washer and drier. Special mention of front desk manager Jerry Lumakad who went out of his way to make our stay extra comfortable.

Spend a great stay with my family at this two room apartment located in a mall. Full kitchen with washer and dryer facilities. Two bedrooms with 12 queen and another room with two singles. Each room with big flat TV and another at the living room. With microwave, electric toaster over, big ref and induction cooker. full kitchen utensils, pots, pans. Great views and AC and two bathrooms. Great buffet breakfasts too. Wifi limited to 3 devices. Will recommend.

Stayed for 4 nights and very satisfied with their service considering the many challenges hotels are facing today due to the pandemic SEDA still manage to open and cater both local and foreign guests. We’ve been accommodated well and every request we ask are given and assisted us patiently during our breakfasts. Thanks to the 3 regular crew in the restaurant (one of them is Ms Chirlene) who are all kind, patient and helpful. The reception of Mr Emmanuel and Ms Diane during our check in and check out is wonderful. They gave us a room with a nice view as requested. The service and comfort SEDA gave plus the nice looking interiors of the room, lobby and restaurant are worthy to be praised. The hotel is located in the center of the IT Park. Location is safe & clean. Pedestrian friendly. Accessible to the mall and other establishments in the area. Staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Buffet breakfast has a wide selection. Will definitely stay here again when in Cebu City.

Just a little comment who had booked Seda twice now and experienced the same, it’s about checking in, in where we have to wait an hour or two to have the room, how we wish this will be considered but I know with the late check out and all it may really take a while to clean but aside from this, Seda is our new go to hotel cause of everything, thanks!

First time at Seda Central Bloc. Located in IT park. Walking distance to banks ATMs restaurants and Sugbo Mercado. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff very helpful. Easy to get taxi. Highly recommend and definitely stay again
