great host with the last minutes booking after our booking was cancelled in the very last minutes (we've reached the parking). Clean and excellent guidance and the host alllowing us for the late check out with a very reasonable charges. Pool and food are reachable and parking is located in the basement.

Lift is very slow and old. Not sure where to check-in and not easy to find check-in staff. Room is basic and clean - water heater, hand soap and towel provided but not toilet paper. However, this is on par with the price.

We check in very late (after midnight). 1) Upon entering the room, we noticed so many small cockroach on the floor, & walls. It takes 10- 15 minutes for us to clear the cockroach before we can bring in our younger son. 2. Only 1 socket outlet can be use. Another 2 is out of order. We have to use the same socket for TV, electric kettle & hp charger.

Nice stay in the heart of Shah Alam”
A very nice short stay here in the heart of Shah Alam. The room is clean and very comfy but i would like to suggest that the management to add a safety feature to the room such as extra lock so that the guests can safely lock the door from the inside. As during my stay, the housekeeping accidentally opens my door while I am in the room. I believe it is just a misunderstanding as the management had apologized for the incident. Overall, its a very nice stay and i would like to suggest this place to all.
