Very clean and friendly hotel”
I got this hotel because of its quite reasonable price. English was the problem I encountered. It was difficult to communicate with hotel people, even though they are friendly and nice. Room was great and I have no problem with it. However, the hotel location was inconvenient to me. It is 2 or 3 km from Kenting downtown and my colleagues and I had to walk a long mile or call taxi every time I went out.

Nice motel”
Bascially this motel more than hotel. Is in a good location just south of the husle and bustle of kenting. Only 1 km from the very southern tip of taiwan. There is little to no view of the beach because another hotel blocks most of the view but there is a beach only about 100 meters away. Owner was not the most friendly of people especially when arriving late at night. It is a family run business. Also breakfasts are ok but a little limited in chioce.

The hotel has the basic needs for your stay. Was nice to be off the main highway but close enough to walk to the beach area and other attractions in the area.

Lovely rooms and location”
The rooms are great and the hotel is clean. The staff are friendly but the facilities are minimal and the breakfast is ok. The beds are very soft... Too soft for our liking but overall the hotel was nice, I would definitely go back again.

room are big and spacious but this is not a hotel. it is a homestay (taiwan's style bed and breakfast) so there are no facilities to speak of except the very basic breakfast provided. location is also far from the happenings streets.

Medium/poor location, beautiful room”
Language was a problem (hardly any English). The young daughter tried with her best English to communicate. Rooms were unexpectedly clean, new and nicely decorated. Location was a bit away from the happening places, not easy to find.

場所が少し分かりづらい”
大通りから少し離れた場所にあり、分かりづらい場所にありました！Hotelの名前は英語で覚えるより、漢字で覚えていた方がいいと思います！ オーナーさんたちは全然英語、日本語出来ませんが、親切そうなひとでしたよ！ 夜市の場所までは離れているので歩くのは少しきついかもしれないです。タクシーもなかなか見つけられないので、夜市へ行くとなるとバスになると思います！

日本語、英語が通じません。湾の人には人気のホテルのようです。ローケーションは、船帆石のところで観光スポットとなっています。屋台などはないので、静かで、のんびりすごすことができました。

老闆娘很親切體貼，入住的是巴里島風情房間，很舒適，早餐在戶外座用餐，那真是最舒適的大自然用餐體驗了。

感覺非常差”
原本預訂的是峇里風情館，入住的時候卻被換成綠美民宿，壁紙斑駁，廚櫃外觀明顯損壞，木地板也破個比腳掌大的洞以膠帶遮蓋，牆上還有壁虎(老闆娘還說有壁虎可以幫忙吃蚊子)，無法接受這樣的環境，其他設備就沒注意看了，要求換房間卻以我們太晚Check in為由說無房間可換(所以太晚Check in就會被換房?)且推托給agoda訂房他們(沈家)不會知道房客住的房型(可能嗎？當然是聽她在鬼話)，導致晚上8點多還要開訂房app找其他住的地方的窘境，後雖有安排至其他民宿入住，但已是晚上九點還要帶著小孩扛行李走300公尺 註：沈家和綠美是同個老闆

地點就在船帆石，旁邊就有小沙灘，用走路就可以到，房間空間很大，早餐普普，但基本上還算滿意，下次有機會還會想在入住。

渡假村山莊形式”
山莊位置比較入，但於墾丁來說設計也配合名字(沈家山莊)，外觀比較陳舊，而且我們住三樓沒有電梯，似小學宿營的渡假村feel,老闆很友善親切，衞生尚可，但最好配備蚊拍水！

沒有風景的 Guest house”
房間寬敞，內裝感覺舒適，超大浴池，但房間內有極大發酶味，連行李內都占有那種味道，不知是否每個房間都是。因不近路邊，沒有風景，只有屋對屋。住了3天都沒有人𢴇床及換毛巾。
