The Sina Maria Luigia Hotel is a full-scale property with meeting rooms within walking distance of both Parma train station and the tourist attractions in the city. Our standard rooms were spacious and comfortable. They featured a balcony with nice views as well flat-screen TVs with international programming, mini-bar refrigerator, and adequate storage facilities (including safety-deposit box). We appreciated the nice bathroom amenities. Luca at the reception was particularly courteous and eager to assist, and so were virtually all other staff members with whom we interacted - the only exception was a breakfast waiter who was neither gracious nor helpful when we indicated that the scrambled eggs of the buffet were cold in temperature. Even so, we were happy and satisfied with our choice overall - and we would endorse this hotel without doubt.

Stopping over to visit Parma for a night, selected this hotel Bc it was walking distance from the train station. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were old and outdated but clean. The rooms were decent size. The free breakfast was nice. I might look for a more modern hotel next time.

Hôtel bien positionnée au confort général limité”
L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'angle de la rue Garibaldi proche de toutes les activités de la ville. L'hotel en lui même n'est pas très charmant dans un immeuble des années 1970 et donnant sur une route très passante. Les chambres sont en revanche assez cosy et authentiques dans l'esprit de chambres de palais italien (tapisserie, lit). Le petit déjeuner était médiocre bien en deça des standards d'un hotel 4 étoiles.

Wir waten auf der Durchreise nach Florenz, für eine Nacht ok. Frühstück ausreichend aber nichts besonderes. Auto konnte nicht beim Hotel parkiert werden, ein öffentliches Parkhaus aber relativ nahe.

Pretenderei un po di più da un 4 stelle moquette vecchia ascensore da scantinato proprio non ci siamo clienti serie A vanno negli ascensori nuovi belli e profumati mentre quello di serie B in quello brutto piccolo e malandato con graffi etcc... Prezzo 139 euro due adulti ed una Bimba su Agoda dicono sia una super offerta .. Camera pulita bella e decorosa... Solo Bidet e' poco utilizzabile perché incastrato tra muro e vasca... Per io resto colazione normalissima staff cordiale...

Hotellets läge är ypperligt, Det tar endast fem minuter att gå från tågstationen till hotellet. Rummen är kanske något slitna men de är rena och fräscha. Städning dagligen och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det tar bara några minuter att promenera till de centralaste delarna av staden. Har inte provat maten i restaurangen men frukosten är bra. Kan varmt rekommenderas om man vill besöka vackra Parma.
