Ideal Band B for exploring Bologna”

Although an unusual B and B on the top floor of an apartment block it was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We had our own terrace and a shared sitting room. I did not think the bedroom was small as another reviewer had said. The host Francesca was kind, helpful and hospitable. Very convenient location and easy walk to the historical centre of Bologna

This is a very well appointed B&B. The fixtures are all very high quality and the decor is lovely -"high end eclectic" is my attempt to describe it. Each of the two bedrooms benefit from a personal balcony area with extensive views high over the city. Host Jessica was SO helpful, friendly and attentive, thank you for helping to make our first visit to Bologna a lovely memory.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the terrace was perfect to have a coffee and relax. Also the location was great and I was able to reach any destination either by bus or even walking. I enjoyed the breakfast very much and Francesca was always nice and friendly, making me feel like at home.

😊 Small bed and breakfast with 2 rooms. Each room has a large terrace with seating and view. 😊 Clean and very nice room at the 7th floor. There is an elevator. 😊 Good location, a few minutes from the city centre (you can walk there). 😊 A nice welcome by the owner Francesca, she makes a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes. 😊 You can pay by cash or credit card.

A Perfect Stay in Bologna”

This is our favourite apartment we have stayed in EVER! It’s so beautifully decorated and Francesca has thought of absolutely everything to accommodate and welcome you. It was perfect for walking around the main areas of Bologna and the view from the balcony is just a dream to take in all the sites whilst you sit and have breakfast. Will definitely be back! Everything! It’s a beautifully renovated micro hotel. Everything has been well thought off it’s impressing,it’s all very modern and high end. The terrace is also a peace heaven. The owner is really nice, and cooks great breakfast. The building it’s in is a bit unsettling, but once your inside the hotel you forget all about it. It’s also well situated, being right next to the University and only 10-15 minutes walking from the city center.
