Hotels with smoking area in District 12

"Whenever I have appointments in District 12, I stay here. There are really no other options as nice. I would like it if the Residence would supply dish cleaning supplies (soap, sponge, towel) for stays of one week or more. It is nice that the staff clean, but sometimes I want to wash something myself. Just a suggestion, not a complaint."

"The owners were still in the process of remodeling this place. Why they accepted a booking, I don't understand. They did give me a refund for one day since the first two days of my stay the place was busy with workmen and I had no privacy."

"I spent there almost two weeks. The room was very good and comfortable, facilities of the hotel was also good. Near to hotel there are a some kind of university, maybe it even shares facilities with it. Every working day from the morning until the second half of the day there were quite a loud noise out there, youngsters were chatting loud, screaming. The personnel doesn't speaks english well, I showed them the second agoda booking in order to prolongate my stay, asked many times if they understood me. They said yes, everything were good until I tried to check out. On my check out they blowed my mind, that I needed to pay more, I showed them agoda booking sheet, talked to their boss on phone, spent 20-30 minutes to resolve that situation."
