              Layout of the room. If someone got up earlier than everyone else, they woke everyone up going to the bathroom that has glass door at the foot of the bed. Curtains were not hung correctly, so part of the curtain hung past the rod.

              The staff were always SO friendly and helpful, I felt genuinely comfortable coming to them with any question or need! The energy they radiated was incredibly positive.
              The hotel was well equipped. The gym recreational area would be the only amenity I would suggest improvement on, there wasn’t too much equipment or space so I ended up using LA fitness across the street, but that was hardly a far travel.

              Front desk could not speak English clearly. Could not give me a receipt and could not show me what my total bill was. Ask for a supervisor and she was no help and spoke with the clerk in Spanish so I could not know what they were saying! I did get an email later that day with my bill details!

              I hated the fact that apparently booking.com did not pass my booking information over to them. When I checked in, the office had nothing from booking.com on my reservation. I was lucky they had a room. Only had 5 left.
