Great location, everything exactly like on pictures!”
This is not 5star hotel but everything is very clean and nice, it looks exactly like on the pictures. The people there were the most friendly we have met in all places in Thailand. They helped us a lot, with all our requests and more. The location is the best, it is at the end of old city which combines two the best things - closeness to the old town, every market and Temple, and what’s more, it was pretty quiet because it was separated by the river. Great place! If I was going to Thailand again, I would definitely stay there another time.

Private stay with very comfort”
I stayed here for 3 nights in the private room which was so cool. I really enjoyed this kind of wood decoration and felt like staying at home. The bed was so good and I slept well. The owner sells some Chinese snacks downstair which were so delicious and she was so kind. However, it was quite noisy at the room closed to the street especially on Friday night.

I enjoy my stay here as the staff were so helpful. Especially the gentleman at the check-in desk. They will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is great. The breakfast was a nice treat and they have coffee/tea and banana. I had a beautiful view from my room and you can see the temple :) Unfortunately, I didn't have any hot water during my 2 nights stay and that was the only disappointment. Please be aware there are a lot of stairs in this guesthouse. The location was perfect.

Lovely place”
It was a lovely place in a good location but we had an unfortunate experience. First of all, the room with a street view was very noisy at night. Secondly, I woke up with a lot of bite marks that looked like bed bugs. I hope they take care of it quickly. The staff was very friendly though and the room looked really nice.

Great family run guesthouse in good location”
We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a family owned and run guesthouse. They are very sweet and work hard to help but their English is minimal so be prepared to gesture a lot. Location is great, walkable to everything, but on a busy main street with lots of traffic noise. Breakfast is nice, hot and cooked to order. Ground floor is a cafe style garden area. Great for relaxing. Room was relatively clean with a nice view and balcony. You really can't beat this place for the price. Highly recommended.
