    nice hotel close to the park”

    Spending 3 nights in Parma I really enjoyed the great breakfast at the hotel, as well as it's great location. A big supermarket located within 50m, the downtown is no more than 10 minutes walking distance.

    Nice Chain Hotel”

    Spacious and Clean Hotel

    The room is spacious and tidy equipped with the standard facilities for a chain hotel group. The buffet style breakfast provided salad which was good and usual in Italy. Located near the Du Parc Park which is good place for relax and jogging.

    Art nouveau hotel. Old world classy. Comfy bed, big bathroom. Very clean. ...Internet speed? Not so good, it runs less than 1G. ....My only real complaint is as regards the advertised free breakfast, as its not free. Apparently you have to book the super duper suite to get that....I considered it false advertising, but not worth fighting over....just beware as they did not deliver on that advertisement....

    Very comfortable place to stay, the staffs are so helpful, they suggested us to a very good restaurant. But quite far away from station, however, that's ok as the price is really good.

    Wifi not working”

    The staff at the hotel is very kind, the speed however is disappointing (read slow). Most importantly however was the wifi which didn't work not even properly in the lobby.

    Bel hôtel "d'époque"”

    Si l'on fait abstraction de sa façade banale et de son emplacement sur un boulevard sans âme (mais pratique pour un accès en voiture) cet hôtel est une belle surprise, avec un hall d'entrée art déco du plus bel effet et de belles chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, toujours dans l'esprit art déco. Cela semble être un ancien "grand hotel" tombé un peu en désuétude mais qui garde son charme. Accès facile au centre via un parc agréable. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuné qui pourrait être plus achalandé et frais.

    Hotel confortable près du centre historique”

    Grande chambre, au calme, juste le parc à traverser pour aller au centre historique

    Accueil professionnel et gentil. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture devant l'hôtel. Belle chambre (un peu défraîchie, comme tout l'hôtel). Pour visiter Parme et aller au Théâtre Regio et en revenir, la traversée du Parc ducal est une agréable promenade. Petit- déjeuner décevant, juste convenable, et wi-fi n'a pas fonctionné: ce sont nos deux reproches.

    Star hôtel du parc”

    Très sympa, confortable, propre

    Nous avons eu à faire à du personnel très professionnel et fort sympathique, vraiment très agréable. Une chambre spacieuse et propre doté d'une grande salle de bain, très bien insonoriser et très calme. Un choix incroyable du buffet pour le petit déjeuner... Seul point négatif, l'accès au wifi et au parking intérieur payant. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est un peu dommage en tout cas en ce qui concerne le wifi.
