Nice location and a wonderful place”
The guesthouse is near train station. Easy access to major city attractions and restaurant. The room we stayed is very clean and comfortable. Especially like the shampoo they provided. Also, the bed is large and very comfortable. Recommend to stay.

Great location and value for money”
Very close (2 min walk) to Firenze SMN train station. Great breakfast place next door (TINO'S). Plenty of restaurants and fast food options nearby. 12 minute walk to Brunelleschi dome. Owner responds quickly to email questions. The room is very clean and adequately furnished but nothing fancy. The only negative I found is the shower stall is small. It wasn't an issue for us but a large person may find it difficult to fit inside the shower stall. Overall good value for the money and convenient location

The receptionist guy is the most friendly person I have met. He helped to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor since there is no lift. He always answer promptly all our questions thru whatsapp. Not everyone does that. I really appreciate it.

Superb location in the heart of Florence”
Location as you can see was a major plus. Situated 2mins walk away from the main train station, it was really easy to find. The place was spotless and we had the option to get our sheets changed daily. Walking to all the attractions were easy and we were given maps of the area as well. One minor drawback would be there was no refrigerator which would have been amazing in the summer weather (we visited in August). Other than that, would highly recommend.

About a 2 min walk from the train station and about 15 min walk from the Duomo and Accademia Gallery. The shower was a little small and thought the bidet was too close to actually toilet. Was recommended a very good restaurant however and loved having a sitting room.

The location of the apartment is easy to find and very close to railway station. The host is friendly and allowed us to store luggage for 2 hours after checked out. The rooms were warm during winter.

Room is specious, quiet and clean, but no fridge and no drinking cups. Have to go to supermarket (locates 100m away) every morning to buy my breakfast yogurt. Kitchen is not on the same floor, so didn't border to use it. Owner was very nice and helped to carry my luggage upstairs to 2nd floor.

Simple, bare min. room”
Great location, 3min walk to main station. Elvis was waiting outside the walkup apartment to help with baggage. He was very helpful in introducing Florence, clearly explained city map and very responsive on Agoda message. The room was very simple, had a kettle but no cups (get your own from supermarket nearby or buy a takeaway coffee and re use if necessary). Bathroom was small with a shower. Room was unfortunately situated above an eatery w no windows and hence the only ventilation was via the toilet window which meant cooking smells would waft into the room. If you're fuss free and fine without amenities, this works.

Location is fantastic. But there’s no lift so we have to carry out luggage all the way to level 3. The hotel is hard to find as well. There’s no one to facilitate the checkout and we have to end up leaving the key with a note as we are catching a train.
