              Location central but no sign outside made it very difficult to locate.
              A sign to show that the apartment is in the actual building. Someone to check if AC and TV remote controls are working before guests check in.

              Excellent location, just 5 minutes from central train station and subway. Room and en-suite clean, comfy bed, very responsive host, a/c worked perfectly. Great value for money, I would recommend this accommodation to others

              Very spacious, good air conditioning, great customer service, located close to the central station.
              The location, we had no issues, but we did not feel safe walking around the station area and had to be alert and cautious. As well as this, it was practically impossible to sleep through the night because of the noises that came from the road below, there is constant traffic and car horns. However, it was great value for money and this may be a feature from Naples that is difficult to avoid.

              I don't recommend :(”

              The localization it was fine , next to the airport and we had a lot of options of public transport near by.
              I was expecting to have some living room/kitchen, like in normal apartments. But they made 3 rooms from 1 apartment. I needed to go and take the key from another place, from a woman who didn't speak english. The rooms was on the 7th floor and you have to pay to use the elevator 0.10€ every time. The localization it was fine just because we had a lot of options around, but the neighborhoods was a bit scary and you could see trash everywhere in the street.
