The Surintara resort is very clean, it is about 2 km from the town center and the roads are dark at night but the staff will order you a tuk tuk to take you into town (bt 40)there is not much in the surrounding area but it is real good value for money and is a little like the motels you find in many town/citys in the USA without any restaurant.

nice clean hotel and lovely service”
Had a nice time in Surintara Resort. The hotel was nice and clean and we felt very welcomed. We were there for the elephant festival which was great as we could see the Surin culture and how the elephants play such part in their lives. The hotel is a bit of a walk from town but the owners gave us a lift in the city or the elephant festival each day.

Very good place to stay, great staff”
I booked 7 nights ended up staying a total of 20, only thing it was in need of is a drawer unit to put the things you don't hang up, its a new looking place so maybe they will get some later, good access to Surin centre but you do need some sort of vehicule in my opinion. I will definately be staying at Surintara again in the near future.

We had a beatiful staying at Surintara resort. Some drivers will not know where it is but tell them to call and it's not too far. The owners are a wonderful couple very willing to help. They helped us organizing our crossing to Cambodia

surin is a little city.this hotel,locted in the westsouth of surin,is sometime hard to find.i called their front desk when i arrived in surin,the girl cann't speak english...but i find a local drive to confirm the position with her and cost me 60b from the railway staion to the hotel.the boss named boy is very very kind,he and his wife can speak english.he drived me to the restrante suggested by sb in the lp and drive next morning to the bus station,help me to get the ticket to nanrong.i wanna to extend my heartfelt tka again.if i go to surin,i will stay in this hotel again.

Modern rooms great for what we needed”
Booked here for 3 nights in September was a bit worried as the price was on the cheap side.I was with my Thai wife so found the place easily contrary to other reviews saying about the poor location.Parked car outside room( Us motel style) nice of you have heavy bags.Room was really modern and clean with excellent bathroom .Check in a piece of cake and will book again when going back next year to see the in laws. One small problem was the amount of Dogs roaming around the area but at night when they were all howling it made us laugh, shut the door no problem.

Neat Hotel great value for money”
This is a new complex , very neat rooms with very helpfull staff ,I did not eat there but have been told breakfasts are good. Only problem I saw was location ,unless you have your own transport,can be a problem as nothing much in the area. Owners very helpfull finding transport to town ,also got my computer sorted for me when I initially had problems connecting to internet . Internet access very good unlike many other places in town. Hotel would benefit by having its own shuttle service to town

Great value but so hard to find!!”
Stay was OK,the rooms were serviced daily which was unexpected for the price of accommodation. The hotel was so hard to find its co-ordinates cannot be picked up by GPS, so we kept ringing the hotel and the receptionist was so patient she finally got us to the location. It is in the middle of nowhere but again the price, staff and clean rooms was the attraction. I would stay there again for its value but can only recommend to others if they have their owntransport and prepared to be in the countryside.

It's very good hotel to relax after you spend time all day in the heat. It's not too far from the city. The price is value(very cheap). Laundry service cost 5-10 baht per piece. Also you have your own parking.

It was alright this time ”
Despite having a few issues before I returned here and had a nice experience this time. All was good, just that the bathroom was a bit dark because of a burnt bulb. I actually walked here from the bus station within 35-40 min in a cloudy/cool day. Don’t try under the sun, also mean dogs exist as you approach the resort hehe

Long way from city but many plus points”
Outside the city in the countryside with no shops or food nearby. However the friendly manager will take you to the centre once a day but you must take a tuktuk back if you have no car. Attractive frontage but the motel comes behind looks rather drab, concrete with dark brown. Inside the rooms, it is very clean, all white, with new Aircon, TV, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Room is made up daily. There is small restaurant from 5pm to 10pm with snacks/noodles/toiletries available at reception. Hot water and coffee is provided. Cheap price due to location, best if you have own transport to stay here, otherwise you are at the mercy of the tuktuk drivers asking 120 baht plus for the trip, especially farangs. Very clean and I loved the food at the restaurant

Stayed for weekend ”
Me and a friend stayed for the weekend as was closest accomodation left for superbikes in burriram! Rooms were basic but nice. Few ants about. Didn't try breakfast, snacks and drinks available in reception. The lady owner/manager was very helpful, gave us a lift both mornings 10 minutes up the road to another friends hotel as there was limited taxis in the area. In the end it was just a place to sleep for us, but was nice a nice sleep. Would recommend.

This is really really hard to find. It is on google maps, but not gps or nokia maps. Once there though it is a nice little mini resort that is a real bargain. was there for the WSB racing in Buriram and will go back.

Convenient, no nonsense motel”
Clean and modern motel with minimum services. Although it was out of town and no restaurants close by this hotel did not have a restaurant. On offer was a freezer full of microwaveable meals. No breakfast available. Owner provided free transport into town and to the show grounds for the Elephant Festival.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff; far from city”
The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the wi-fi was faster than usual in this part of Thailand. Great place to stay if you have a car.
