Old Infrastructure ”
Bad sound insulation. Could hear traffic all night long. Some sockets are not working and the lights are not dimmable. Air conditioning and toilet extraction fan is very noisy. Guests are inconsiderate letting children run along corridors disturbing our rest daily. Room decor needed change and toilet fixtures are run down. I wouldn’t dare to use the hot tub even if you pay me to do it. Room air is stale and mushy. Rates are not comparable with budget hotel standard.

Barely satisfactory”
I book an executive suite room to stay for 1 night. The balcony sliding door stuck, it won't budge at all after opening it... luckily there has blackout curtain to stop the mosquito flying in... but at night the bbq smokes smell keep flowing in the room. The room wall electrical sockets all lose, the bathroom is very big but theJacuzzi don't work and no hot shower. Breakfast is worst, only have nasi lemak and did not often top up food. The best place is only at the swimming pool

Refurbished Comfortably Enough”
It marketed as newly refurbished hotel but the room was not properly renovated. Was a bit disappointed with the statement of 2 bath for family room when it was just wc room separated from shower/jacuzzi main toilet. The whole toilet should have reconfigure accordingly since there is space. However, comfortable enough for our 2 nights stay at a higher rate. Definitely does not deserve the 5 stars rating. 2-3 stars shall be sufficient. Did not replenish drinking water in the room and late in replenishing breakfast buffet. Overall was a so so....

My overall viewed”
I booked junior suite room so that the room area was spacious with the old school furniture. I supposed that all the furniture was recondition (newly paint). Disappointed with television signal and some of the lightings malfunction. The best part is, it pool was really huge in size plus got the water slide for kids. The decoration surrounding the hotel area was really nice. The breakfast provided I can give them 5 out of 10 for overall.

Only 1 Night”
1. Junior Suite : Negative view. - Heavy smelling cigarette inside the room. - Only have 3 channel tv - The next morning cannot switch on the tv. - The room not so clean. - Lift Button level 3 not function from lobby.. Already make 2 complaint from evening n night. Have to push level 4, n come out then take staircase to level 3. - booking thru Agoda, suppose view the swimming pool...but unfortunate i only received road view. Positive view - The room is big - Loby area is good - Swimming pool is big

Nice Hotel”
Stayed here for 3 nights at family room. Quite a big room & with 1 King size bed & 2 single beds which can occupy 4-5 adults. But it has only 1 toilet which is separated with the bathroom. The best thing is there is a jakuzzi inside the spacious bathroom & offcourse my kids loved it. The pool was very big & have a big screen showing aerobic videos. Which is very interesting for the parents waiting for the kids playing at the pool. It also near to restaurant & easy to exit to PLUS highway. Overall I'm satisfied with the service by the hotel & recommended for others to have a stay here. Thanks Swiss Avenue Sg Petani.

Best service, great pool for children”
I got Junior Suite and It is spacious, the environment from lobby to our room is pleasant, peaceful. I love the jacuzzi bathtub and I love the pool and the children had awesome time ❤️
