Excellent and very recommended”
All good here. The view 10/10 star. Pool at 5th floor and while u swim u can see the beach beside u. Also when u in gym the view super great. They have pool for children that have slide. Breakfast really good, delicious and variety. Nasi lemak, roti canai super delicious and worth it their breakfast that u have to try. We celebrate our dad birthday at their cafe and the staff and chef really good they did the decoration themself also sing a birthday song together. I will definitely repeat this hotel because all excellent and we happy and enjoy to be here. Ouh and at evening u can catch kepah at their beach. The location is at town and easily for you to buy and eat outside food. Thank you for great hospitality. All the staff really good and excellent.

Recommended stay for first timers to Kuantan”
Saw this hotel review shared by the members in Facebook. Decided to give it a try and the stay was good. There were were pros and cons to this stay. Pros: - The seaview view was good 👍🏽 - The hotel aircond is abit hot, thus on the fan everytime. - Staff was friendly Cons: - The reception take some time to check-in. Only 2 counter open and que for almost 20-30 mins to just check in. - Be prepared to wait longer in the lift, as only 2 lift for level 1-16 and 2 lift for 16-25. - On my stay during 10/9-12/9, the fire alarm got off for almost 30 mins during my 4am sleep. I was pissed off and no staff was telling all the guest. WIR? Probably yes, if I can’t find any other good hotel to stay. Just pissed off because of the alarm.

The family room is very big. This place is just a walking distance to Ana Ikan Bakar Petai. Breakfast buffet got so many options, and what’s important is all foods are delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean as well. My kids enjoyed the pool. Swimming attire is a MUST to enter the pool. Got so many people denied entrance without the swimming attire when I was there.

Check in/out was easy & smooth. Our room facing sea view & it was so nice and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable bed, complete toiletries, got mini fridge, iron and hairdryer. The pool was nice & not so crowded coz we were there during weekdays. Got food eateries nearby, shops and tourist attraction not far from the hotel. Overall I am a satisfied customer. Thanks!

booked family & studio seaview room.i'm very happy with both rooms.comfy pillow & bed.rooms are spacious and clean with up to date facilities.value for money except that the registration counter is at open area and a lil bit hot when it is crowded with people queuing to check in. i arrived at 6p.m and have to wait for one hour for room to be ready.Staff are friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotel with affordable price for me.All the facilities are clean and new.The breakfast choices was superb.The pool for kids also.But maybe need improvement on lifts and parking.Overall i am trully satisfied and my smally family enjoyed our vacation sooo much!!!

Overall satisfied. I choose deluxe sea view. And we went during weekdays. Not too crowded. Swimming pool is available but make sure to wear suitable swimming attire. Many people came with children at swimming pool, so you better plan your vacation to fully enjoy it. Food was delicous too. For dinner, you can enjoy ikan bakar at the famous Ana Ikan Bakar Petai, just 5 minutes walk. Overall, it is a great choice if you want to stay in Kuantan. Gonna repeat in future.

There was a long queue during checkin but the staff were very patient and friendly. Breakfast service was also very good. The rooms clean, and overall good experience. Plenty of food options outside the hotel, and conveniently located to Kuantan River Cruise and Kuantan 188.

i book family room.. they have 2 room and 2 bathroom.. unit was clean.. room was nice.. each room has own TV.. but they are no bath robe prepare in my unit, not sure if they were no more bathrobe included (it was listed as items prepare in the unit during booking).. overall very nice stay..

Scenic, attractive, suitable location. Had a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed the pool time with its slides and activity. The view is awesome. Room Service was spot on too. Breakfast bakery items were yummy. Rest food was very good too. First time came to kuantan and this place made it memorable indeed. 10 mind drive to the commercial area, malls, food, big masjid etc. Lots of covered parking spaces included in the stay.

Love the location.. hotel clean and all i need is there.. i enjoy stay here but unfortunely the lift service too slow... imagine there is over than 15 level.. can use only 2 lift.. there is other 2 lift but not available for my level hotel stay..when peak hour comes, u have to wait almost 30minutes to go down or up..

Nice hotel with amazing view”
Booked the seaview room and it did not disappoint! Really loved the view. The space got 2 rooms and the living hall was quite spacious. Swimming pool was amazing, but need to observe the strict SOP there, quite a buzzkill. Near to many ikan bakar restaurants. Easy check in and ample parking. Did it worth the price paid? Maybe. But will consider this hotel again for another holiday in Kuantan.

i booked for family room sea view. the room is spacious like extra 2,3 persons can stay at the living room. strategic place which is close to famous seafood restaurants and city centre. but very peacefull since the location is next to the coast and not in the middle of Kuantan city

Not complying with SOP”
I was there on a weekend and it was a very busy time. We were especially impressed by the Room service which strictly complied with COVID 19 SOP. However it was a nightmare in the lifts which were packed with people, many of whom were not wearing masks. There was no attempt to persuade people to comply with SOPs and this was really disappointing especially since the hotel provided excellent service in all other areas. However it is extremely important that the SOP for Covid 19 be strictly implemented

Indeed, as our government has mentioned that this is a new norm and being a local, this new norms practice will need sometime for us to adapt. Hotel very clean. The staff will come to clean your room even you're not in. But, do not worry, no missing items. I really love the city view at night. For those love to eat ikan bakar, jalan kaki je around 5 minutes.

We arrived at 3 pm but still have to wait for one hour for room service cleaning . My advise is pls limit the late check out . So that new guest who wanted to check in no need to wait for a hour to enter the room . Room is awesome and clean .

New Hotel ”
The room spacious & simple nice deco , the breakfast great. Got working space to do my work that the purpose i book this hotel. Then, the lift a bit slow due to peak season also waiting time become longer, plus to follow SOP. To the management, please provide curtain blind for receptionist, because when i check in around 3-4pm, the sun was direct to reception counter and pity to the receptionist due to glare and hot surrounding. Hope the management consider my suggestion. tq
