First time trying this place and I love how the check-in and check-out system works. They also have a water dispenser accessible to all guests which was a huge plus! The bed and beddings were really comfy and clean. I recommend for anyone who travels in a budget.

We went during school holidays. Pricey for a very minimal room with basic amenities. Firm bed and pillows with towels and hair dryer and shower/washroom is all you get. No indoor tv. It has a shared Coway dispenser and ironing station at the corridor. Walls are thin, do not expect total privacy.

The room is okay, bed is comfy. They use passcode to enter the room which is very easy and convenient as we don't need to bring the access card etc. However there is a weird smell at night. Not sure where it comes, maybe from the toilet.

Overall, our stay with this budget hotel was good. There are lots of restaurants in the area, so food is not a problem. Our only complaint was the main gate passcode which should have been provided to us in advance, meaning - before our arrival at the property. In our case, we have to call the property owner via Whatsapp to let us in which was very inconvenient since we still have to wait outside for the passcode. And the thing is, we were already so tired from our trip and heavy luggage, so it would have been a great relief if we could have just taken our sleep upon arrival at the property without the long wait. And another thing is that, since we are tourists, calling a Malaysian number is an add-on expense for roaming charges.

Nice hotel at reasonable price. Juz stay couple for 1 night. The most important nearby to sky cable car genting. Open parking space at hotel and easy to park car. Hotel complete with important facilities like water heater, liquid soap for bath and water filter. But sadly no iron provided. Actually is the basic thing for hotel to provide iron. I would rate 5 star for the hotel but no iron consider 4 star for the hotel overall

I can’t check in here cause come late around 4am . U must check in by yourself before 12am i have call them but no answer im so disappointed !

May i know which number u call ? midnight 4am u call how many times ? Actually when u have the code , u can check in anytimes , but i check your booking no , u r not leave your phone number there , so i can't to whatapps u your room no and passcode .

Good value of money. The check in process was very easy. The room was decent, clean, and all the basic amenities were provided. We just had problems with transport around the area. Apparently, public transport or E-hailing cars are very hard to find in this area. I needed to wait for 50-60 minutes to get a Grab (even it’s the school holiday season). But if you drive your own car, then this is a good stay for you.
