Not an ordinary place, not an ordinary location”
This is a really special place. It is located "in the middle of nowhere", in Selaphum, which is in the middle of Yasothon and Roi-Et. There is nothing like this nearby, which probably is the reason why lots of locals come to experience the water park and restaurant every day. Yes, the hotel has a water park, which is nice, but you will share it with lots of kids visiting. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and coffee shop. We really liked that restaurant, the only problem was that it was popular so specially lunch time it was too busy and a long wait to get the food. The staff at the hotel and restaurant was super :-) The hotel was new and clean. This is such a nice place if you are ok with the location. It's about 30 minutes to get to Roi- Et.

Rode up from Korat with my friend on motorcycles,from the moment we arrived to the time we left all the staff were polite,helpful,and friendly.Good restaurant there ,and again friendly staff,and good food at a good price.would,nt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone

Best sleep and probably best option around the area”
The bed was perfectly firm, and the pillows had the perfect support. I slept great here every night. The washroom had a strong unpleasant smell coming from the sink at the time, this may have been a temporary problem. The staff was efficient, but was not the most welcoming. It felt odd to interact with them, but I may be spoiled with the training bigger chains provide their staff. This is the best option in the area, and I will definitely consider coming back. The price I paid I believe was lower due to some pandemic that's going around.

If you need to stay near Selephun, the new Chic Hotel is a nice surprise. The room interior is tastefully done along with a comfortable bed. The restaurant offers some Western food along with Thai and Isaan dishes. Spacious pool but... open to the public. Unfortunately Chic hotel is a bit far from Roi et city (40 minute drive).

New Facility”
I arrived very late at night and was unable to find the entrance to the hotel. I finally had to wake up the guard at the front gate and get him to show me the entrance which you have to access by going through a parking lot and entering through what would normally be a back door.. Once inside, there was only one person on duty who did not speak English and there was some difficulty communicating, even though I speak Thai. The room appears to be clean and well appointed. However, I elected to stay only one night because of cockroaches.

Best hotel in town ”
We were there for my little brother’s wedding for 2 nights in Yasothon, we decided to go with the chic 101 because hotel has amenities that serves our needs. We got a VIP room and was really nice stay, spacious room with separate living room and bedroom, we booked the room that breakfast wasn’t included but you can pay at the front desk later. The room comes with no iron and microwave but you can borrow from room service and use microwave by front desk. It was a bit busy during the day by the pool but quiet at night, back side of the hotel is farmland where you can see rice fields, chickens, and water buffaloes.

Our family had an amazing stayed in Chic 101 Hotel. A perfect hotel at such location, we didnt travel to centre as it's a visit to my spouse's family. The hotel has a restaurant which serve delicious food. Book without breakfast, however 2nd day was served with free breakfast. Overall was good place to stay. Recommend it!

New hotel with waterpark”
This new hotel is about halfway between Yasothon and Roi Et each of which is 30 or 40 minutes' driving away. Mr room (No 311) looked west over rice fields and was comfortable and very clean. A tiny balcony is available. There is a small gym and a huge waterpark - mainly for kids - but it does not open until 1000 - so a pre-breakfast swim is not possible. As the hotel is miles from anything, visitors are more or less obliged to eat in the on-site restaurant which will also deliver food to guest rooms. Food is simple and good.

Not far out of Selaphum, but on the main highway....Ubon to RoiEt. Best if you have your own transport, as I found it difficult to get in Selaphum. Awesome pool, that’s what made it worthwhile.

We have been a couple of times. Everything the same. Nice and clean place with swimming pool. This time there was a watercooker in the room ,not last year. The room at the groundfloor is nice. Close to the pool !
