Simple and nice overnight stay”
I need just one night rest and I am glad I book here. Nearby airport and the lady owner even ask his worker to send me to the nearby mall. Recommended.

Very Nice Cafe + Guesthouse”
Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, you can use Grab App or call taxi to get around, the cafe serves delicious food. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy. I stayed at a dorm for 4 ppl and only two lockers available, others being broken. That's the only minus and hope they will fix it soon.

Difficult to find, not good for travelers ”
Not easy to find, which is inside the living quarter, The cafe and hostel at the first floor, while 2nd floor is dormitory for nearby students. It’s clean, but moldy in the plank.

Super Cute Hostel”
This was such a great place to stay! Great price, super clean, brand new really. They made great food and great coffee in their cafe (very cheap), the decorations are so cool too, but the best thing is that the brother and sister who run it are the most excited and friendly brother and sister around! It was so fun just hanging out with them, and they were very accommodating and easy-going as well. The ONLY tough thing for me was finding it, I rode my bike and the roads in Ubon are not the easiest to navigate. I HIGHLY recommend the Goose Cafe and Hostel. They will tell you about a Thailand and an Esaan that is very different from what you will see in heavily touristed areas... but these 2 know a bit about travel themselves as well! *And also, for German travelers, the sister speaks German quite well after studying in Hamburg for 1 year.

Best small hostel in Ubon”
The small, new renovated, artistic place and friendly service from the young owner make this hotel one of the best in Ubon. It's not hard to find from the map, just search for "Goose Cafe" located in the Sappasit Soi 10, the taxi should locate it as behind the Express Way Authority Office. Don't forget to ask about the unique coffee serving. And if you plan to visit the Laos border, should try his another home stay with plenty of goose.

Great Hotel neray city”
Very short taxi ride from airport, 15 mins and 50baht. place is really cool. Nice n clean room. No TV nor mini bar( good for those who wanna just relax)The young owner BIG is so gentle and always smiling. Very helpful n kind, speaks very good English. 3 mins walk away is a night market food street that sells Isan BBQ, cheap n good. Next to hostel is a local convenient store that sells snacks n beer n water. If u go to Ubon, stay at the Goose, very nice place!!!!!

Great Place to Rest and Go Again”
I enjoyed my stay at The Goose Cafe. Big and the two Baristas were very friendly and chatty - it made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and also quiet. I definitely would stay here again when I return to Ubon.

Very friendly people”
This is a nice hostel that also operate a very nice cafe. Facilities were basic but adequate. No aircon in my room, only fan. Bed is clean, mattress is thick and firm as I like it. What make this hostel outstanding was the people running the place. The staffs were not only friendly and helpful, they were genuinely very kind and generous too. I enjoyed my stay in Ubon because of the people, and I wish each and everyone of them the best in all they do.

Great Cafe-Hostel and very helpful staff”
The main reason I stayed here is near to airport (around 10 min by metered-taxi of $60 TB). I am further impressed by this hostel of its atmosphere and artistic design. The photos you see is what you would expect when you are here. The room is tidy and clean. Although it is not located in the heart of city center but it is very easy to access through taxi. Well, you got to choose between near to airport or in the city center : ) What would make me to come back again is the people here are sincere, warmth and very very helpful. I appreciate very much for their help to make calls, arranging taxi and communicate with the taxi driver to send me there and back from a forest monastery which is about 42km away from this hostel. This hostel has a very nice cafe and great ambiance to spend your time here, you can walk-in for food & drink even you didn't stay here. They have a great variety of selection for food and beverages. Great place to stay and strongly recommended.

The hostel is very cozy and you get everything you need. I had the chance to try the food from the upcoming "goose night"! It was amazing! You have to try it you enjoy perfect isan food. The staff was really helpful and everything else was just perfect. So totally recommend this hostel

Great little guesthouse”
Great guesthouse, very clean and well kept. Staff were great, good wifi. Nice quite location up a quiet soi, close to street food and sorngthaews. This is very useful as Ubon is very spread out.

Excellent boutique bed & breakfast”
Run by a pair of siblings, this place reflects the chic style of two young entrepreneurs in every corner of its cafe and rooms. We stayed in two different private twin rooms for 4 really enjoyable days. We spent a lot of our time in the room or in the cafe, since both were so comfortable (beds were a little hard though) & stylish. Bathrooms were bright and clean. The food and drinks at the cafe were very good, as were the light breakfasts. The service was outstanding - so friendly! They provide free bicycles, which were a huge bonus. We would gladly stay here again in the future!

Very enjoyable stay ”
The twin room I stayed in was generally clean -the room was very well decorated and was pleasant to stay in. The common area in the hostel was a great place to hang out; the coffee and food is good (try the Thai tea cake!); and the staff spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful with everything. The location of the hostel was good - nearby there are small mom and pop stores where you can get drinks and snacks, laundry facilities and services, and also street food just a short walk away. The hostel also provided bicycles for free (though the baskets fell off after just a short ride).

Fantastic service, cute place”
Our 2nd booking was just as good, if not better than the first. The room was spacious, cutely decorated and with a bright bathroom with plenty of outdoor light, thanks to a window. We used the free bicycles everyday and there were of great help, since the hostel is located several blocks away from the park and other places of interest. When we had to leave at 745AM for our flight, the owner woke up super early to make us breakfast and call us a taxi, since the cafe technically doesn't open till 830AM. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Feels like home.”
A place is only as good as the people in it; its the people that make the place, and the people here are definitely 5 star! The cafe and hostel is run by Big, his sister Pang and friends. They are easily one of the warmest, most helpful and easy-going people I know. Their genuine hospitality made my stay a very comfortable and pleasant one. The rooms are new and clean, and they were done up by Big himself. The coffee here is also great! All in all, superb hostel!

Would definitely stay again!”
I stayed here for two nights in January and enjoyed my stay. I thought we could check in until 9pm, but the day I came they needed to leave at 7, so they very generously left a big sign welcoming me and left a key. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard for me, so I didn't sleep well, but honestly the atmoshophere made up for it. I'd stay there again. Super clean. Dorms of 4 had a private bathroom. The cafe is great, I loved having my coffee and writing in my travel journal each day. I was out a lot during the day so didn't see the staff much, but they seemed lovely!

Amazing staff and wonderful hostel”
The staff are absolutely wonderful here, even leaving me a key to let myself in when my train arrived in the middle of the night. Extremely helpful and friendly and the dorms are clean and comfortable.
