This place is very pretty and clean. The staff are nice. It is quiet. It is a bit of a walk to the train station. It is a shortish walk to the night market. Well worth the stay especially for the money. Very modern hotel.

The staff is OK at their jobs. No friendliness or warm welcoming. There was a problem with water heater in one of my rooms and they transferred us to another room which is OK in every aspects except for the fact that there were noise from a party group at restaurant nearby (which is totally not the hotel’s fault).

Good for over night stay ”
A little out the way. I had a car so it was convenient to park. Receptionist spoke enough words in English to check me in. From 4pm in the area the traffic is very congested... make sure you got your supplies on hand as it’s not easy to drive in the area after 4pm. Left at 6am so could not comment on breakfast as it wasn’t available till 7am. Didn’t see any kitchen on site... ??

room is not good curtain is broken slipping floor at bathroom no hair dryer no boil pot even want to have cup noodle breakfast so poor no choice only a conger and two eggs two ham and two very little toast,and the such breakfast only provide upto 9 oclock, don't choose this unless you just want to sleep one night.

Well located on a canal and only a short walk to town. Good sized room. Everything functions as it should. Breakfast has no choice and is brought to your table almost as soon as you sit down. Very good value.

Prima hotel. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Real value for money. Uitstekende locatie met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Voor ons de moeite waard om bij een vervolgbezoek aan Phitsanulok hier weer te overnachten.

隣室のテレビがうるさい。しかし隣人にボリウムを下げてもらおうと頼みに行ったら、音はじゅうぶん小さく注意すべきレベルではなかった。なにしろ机にコップを置く音がまともに聞こえてくるくらい。たぶん壁は紙でできているのだと思う。 まったくやる気のない朝食。ジュースもフルーツもない。ソーセージは冷たいまま（冷めたのではなく、温めていない）。おかゆも不味い。 バスタオルが小さすぎ。
