The house is located in an extremely safe neighbourhood and is very calm and serene. The limestone hill situated next to the neighbourhood is so picturesque! It is so magnificent! The room itself is super clean, cozy n comfortable. The house as a whole is spacious and very well maintained with all the necessary need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay n highly recommended this place for those who want to escape from the bustle. Looking forward to stay !!

Sparkling clean. Nice home, comfy and great host. The place is close to lost world of tambun and also near to McDonald’s, kfc, Starbucks for a quick bite. The owner is very friendly. Very good and kind host. A pleasant and perfect stay. It’s super clean and nice. Good for family trip. House was beautiful. If you plan to visit lost world of tambun. This is the place to stay. Love the personal touch of the welcome message on the wall :) sparkling clean. ;) Host also provided us with suggestions on local breakfast places - great ones too. Fantastic place with amazing neighborhood. Fully furnished beautiful interior with great amenities, clean & comfy beds too. Kids were thrilled to stayed here. The limestone hills and the nearby lake are just breathtaking. Very kind & friendly host offered immediate assistant & advise. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

Place was dirty and infested with cockroaches, flies and various insects.”
The only positive thing about this property is its size and the fact that it can house up to 8 or 9 people. Its defects and issues out weighs everything making your stay unpleasant and uncomfartable. 1. The house was dirty and dusty. 2. It was infested with cockroaches - big and small, flies and other types too. 3. The kitchen was messy and unkept. Our food was sat on by big cockroaches. We had to buy insect spray to keep them away. 4. When it rained the kitchen leaked causing the floor to be wet. Very dangerous for young children moving about . 5. The beds were uncomfortable and had very used pillows. 6. Air cons need servicing...the house was very warm 7. Microwave was there but not useable and not repaired by owner. 8. Water pressure very slow making your shower unpleasant. Almost all bathrooms had broken pipes, flushes, shower heads...etc 9. Owner had a for sale signage at the gate which was very inappropriate. 10. Worst thing main door cannot be locked frm inside, very unsafe

Super good unit. It is clean and well furnished with necessities. Location is superb too, with just beside lost world of tambun. We had a lovely stay and would come back again next time! Wonderful experience to stay at Ben’s - easy to communicate, clear directions and house is fully furnished. Was a very good experience, thanks!

Host Mr. ben is super awesome, Friendly, responsibility, helpful. The house is clean, comfortable, model design and beside lost world of Tambun . Location is great too, 8 mins to Ipoh center. definitely will come back again, love it. highly recommended. the best in Ipoh. sure will come back. :)

The house is not clean at all. Do not be deceived by the photos shown. Beds and pillows are supper soft. Downstairs bedroom & toilet has croak crouch smells. Sofa & cabinet broken .

House was poorly maintained, paint has come off wall, air con not working, washing machine beeping constantly indicating "error", basin tap wobbly, bedroom downstairs has a bed with a mattress bigger than the bed frame causing the bed to tip. Kitchen stove was difficult to lit and there is no microwave for us to use!!
