Exceptional”
For a 3 Star Hotel,The Kennedy Hotel was good value for money in a good location with good transport connections(you can walk to the Hotel with your bags by walking 3 mins only from one of the exit doors of the Termini Station...no need for a taxi!) . i was here with my son and we had 2 separate bedrooms.Bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds and crisp fresh linen and towels.Rooms and communal areas are painted in pleasing light colours and the bedroom & bathroom floors are tiled making for a more hygienic clean. Powerful shower and hot water always available. The air-conditioning worked well throughout.Our room prices had continental breakfast included....it was a lot more than just a hot drink and criossant...there were cereals with milk,tinned and fresh fruit,fruit juices,a fresh cake daily with croissants and rolls with butter,honey,jam & cheese slices. There were fruit yogurt pots,juices Swedish toast packs and hot drinks....the Barista made excellent capuccinos and we had 3 of them each every morning! If they had large mugs instead of cups there would be less work for the staff to bring them to the tables...they didn't mind at all to keep bringing them though. An especial thanks to Alessandro and Francesco who were inviting,friendly & helpful.Thanks to all the breakfast staff too. If you are coming to Rome as a tourist,one would be too exhausted at the end of each day to be worried about being able to hear a few sounds from the other rooms or the corridors...that was no problem for us. Like i was saying to one of the Owners,people can't expect to pay for a cheaper watch and expect a Rolex! If it is a budget trip you are looking for,then this is your hotel!

Perfect”
We only stayed in the Kennedy Hotel for one night in Rome, however, it was perfect. It's within walking distance (5 mins) of the train/bus station. The staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to leave our bags to go and explore when we checked out. I would definitely return if I go back to Rome.

Great spot in Rome”
Close to the main Termini station, relatively comfy beds, and simple breakfast. Colosseo is a quick 10-15 min walk, and the street is relatively quiet at night. Great place!

Pros: best location, one block away from roma termini. Very good air conditioning. Friendly staff, you can leave your luggage in the reception after check out time and get them later in the day. Cons. - Sound proofing not good. I can hear Noises from neighboring room and room above me.

I booked this hotel primarily because it was close to Roma Termini station and it looked decent without being either unnecessarily extravagant or cheap and nasty. This hotel worked perfectly for me on this occasion. I was arriving back into Rome by train from the countryside and the following morning I needed to catch an early train for the airport. The staff were friendly and bilingual and the range of good quality choices for breakfast was very good. My room was perfectly adequate for me as a single traveller although perhaps a romantic couple would prefer something slightly more upmarket. However the room was fine and the bathroom was much better than I expected. Also, although my particular room had an uninteresting view of an inner courtyard it was remarkably quiet considering where it was in Rome.

Near Termini”
We were actually 4 people who traveled together in Rome from Paris, but we booked 2 rooms in this hotel. The hotel rate is cheaper than in Paris. It says that it is located very near in Termini and is just about 3-5 minute walk, but since it was our first time in Rome, we didn't expect that Termini is a huge building/station which made it difficult for us to locate the hotel. The pictures in their advertisement here in Agoda is far different from what we had seen in person that's why it was like "oh, is that our hotel" and it took a while before it sank into us that it was really the hotel we booked for. The facade of the hotel is veld old and the lobby and receptions is too small. However, we were greeted and welcomed with hospitality. The interior of the hotel looks a lot better. It was clean and well maintained. The rooms we got were in 2nd flr. It was big. the only thing we didn't like about it was the bed since it was hard.

Value for money”
Nice little hotel near Termini station. Lots of cheap restaurants around. The easiest way to get there from Termini is through Via Carlo Cattaneo, however the road is quite dark and doesn’t look safe. Better to reach the hotel through Via Gioberti and then turn left into Via Filippo Turati, where you will pass lots of restaurants and other hotels too. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. I like that hot beverages (coffee, tea, cappuccino, hot choc just to name a few) are prepared fresh as you order them.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kennedy. The staff were lovely. There are some great restaurants close by. The hotel is clean and well serviced. I was able to walk from the hotel to the Colosseum and the Spanish steps and Villa Borghese. Caught a taxi quite reasonably from the hotel to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again.

A clean, compact and friendly hotel”
The hotel made our stay in Rome enjoyable. The room was a moderate size with a super shower. Good outlook over the park next to the hotel. The breakfast was adequate, what I would have expected and the service was good. A lot of good restaurants in the immediate area for evening meals with not a lot of travelling. Handy for the main railway station and therefore transfers to to the airport. We found that everything was within walking distance of the hotel and did not need public transport at all. All in all highly recommended.

EXCELLENT LOCATION”
Located one block from the Termini Station, this hotel offers quality accommodation at reasonable rates. My room was in the annexe; a single room which was very compact but comfortable, excellent bathroom. These is some noise from the street if the windows are open, but it did not bother me. Helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was basic Italian fare: tinned fruit, yoghurt, bread, pastries and cheese. I would go back to this hotel.

Poor breakfast selection but plenty hot drinks with (if you like ) UHT milk. Staff was helpful and rooms clean. The best bit was a convenient location. Indoor market has a good vibe in Termini station 2 min walk serves delicious food. Hotel is good for couples or group travel. Woudn't take my family though as it gets too noisy at night and no bath in a bathroom.

Nice hotel in a very good location”
the hotel is located in a very attractive area, with easily transports, 24hour shops&restaurants in the area, and very quiet. the room was well furnished, smelled wonderfull, cleaned every day, and the bathroom was very nice & big. no hairdrawer. the towels needs replacing. the breakfast is satisfactory, but nothing really special. the capuccino great. the hotel stuff friendly and helpful.

Great Location Next to Central Station”
Nice hotel next to Central Station. We choose here because we will travel to Milan early morning of the next day. Staff are very nice they do speak English well. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We do like bathroom it's cute. Breakfast is average bread, orange juice and so on. We can get to Colosseum by a short walk (10 minutes).

No complaints. good value. ”
Very friendly. Best value Stay for our 3 weeks in Europe. The weather was 35ºC when we were there and it was great to return to the cool. Our only complaint apart from no wifi was that the dinning room was too small. I would recommend this hotel.
