Thank you to the Staff at The One Hotel We stayed for 6 night in Dec’19 There was a local festival going on for several days and the Team at the One saw our specific request about a quiet room and moved us to an upgraded room that was on the other side of the hotel - away from the activity - nice touch - thank you A great place for us to stay as family live 25k away in a rural village A nice walk to the Mekong river (or short drive) Food very good. If you are from England you may need to open your mind at breakfast but the pan fried eggs are great and there’s a great choice of Asian food and fruit. See you all soon and thank you again

A very pleasant stay.”
The hotel lived up to expectations. We paid more money for a superior room and it was lovely and spacious. We had all the facilities you would expect. Breakfast was a buffet style, so plentiful. It was mostly Thai style cuisine. Don't expect western food. The quality was good, although I wish the coffee was hot (not just warm). My only complaint is that there wasn't any soap in the bedroom, only the little pots of shower gel. I find soap much better for some things, especially washing your hands. Our safe didn't work either. I forgot to mention this to reception. The batteries were probably flat!

Convenient Hotel ”
Right next to Tesco Lotus and not far from the center is this clean and fairly new hotel. Staff was super friendly and supportive. I forgot a shirt in the wardrobe, called them up and it's already on the way back. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is basic but good.

Fast service at the reception. And we asked to change to another type of bed as it was my mistake while booking. The problem was solved immediately when we get there. If any further chance we would come to this province again, we would love to stay at this hotel of course.

First of all everything the room, toilet, bed, is high quality and cleaned , it's had a just little problem that the Male receptionist is looking so unhappy and he's always frowning. And the internet wasn't working all night.

Very comfortable hotel.In house restaurant is a good choice for evening meal.Excellent selection of western and Thai dishes.....drinks very well priced. Breakfast aimed at their Thai clientele. Small suggestion.... tea/coffee facility in room would have been good. Generally no complaints and recommended when visiting Bueng Kan.

The breakfast was great with a good selection. A good sized pool. The shower did not have constant hot water. More cold than hot. The staff were helpful and friendly. The price was OK for what was supplied.

Ideal location”
We had a very pleasant experience here and would certainly use The One again. However, if the management reads this - please get some softer pillows, than those that currently in use - an executioners beheading block had about as much comfort.

The hotel is value for money. The bed is comfy. In room facility is basic. The room is clean. Breakfast is ok. There is no bellboy service. So don’t expect help even if you have a lot of luggage.
