Stunning self contained villa, private and quiet with excellent and friendly staff”
We were greeted and picked up by staff, who were very friendly. Great location in Koh Tao, 5-10 minute walk into town and to Sairee beach yet nestled on a hillside, very private with ocean views. Nice deep plunge pool. Great self contained villa with a luxury feel. The attention to detail is great, we got personalised name tags hung on our front door and a great selection of hand picked wines in the mini bar and comprehensive movie selection for those who don't want to venture out. Complimentary food basket provided as well. Clean and spacious bathroom. as well as comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend The Place”
I am not one to leave reviews, but I want people to know how great The Place is. The location is perfect: you still get an amazing view from your private pool while easily being able to walk into town. If you're not as mobile, The Place has a taxi driver they recommend for you and stocks you with food delivery menus if you don't feel like leaving your villa (and you may not :)). The villa was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing. I spent most days on the porch, laying in the sun, cooling off in the pool, and staring out at the ocean and mountains. The staff is so responsive and friendly. They give you a pre-programmed cell phone so you can just text them if you need something and they go out of their way to help you while also giving you your space. I would stay here again. Cannot recommend The Place enough if you are considering a trip to Koh Tao.

Treat yourself!”
Absolutely LOVED it here!!! Views were spectacular and service was so wonderful. Treat yourself to a bit of luxury when staying in Sairee area. It’s a 15min walk to town including about 5 min steep hill by stairs, but you can also call for their preferred taxi guy 200baht/way (btw free check in/out transfer is included). We found ourselves not wanting to leave the villa and began our much needed post diving R&R by using the pool, reading, and watching their multitude of provided movies/shows. It was an amazing experience that’s completely worth the splurge at a steal (imagine how much this would cost elsewhere in the world). A complimentary basket of food was also provided including cereal, bread, pasta, canned tuna, and milk. Go ahead and just do it! Thank you The Place for providing us with amazing service and this wonderful private retreat. LOVE!!

A True Hideaway”
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the exact sort of hospitality that I honestly thought had disappeared in this modern age. The Villa itself was absolutely immaculate and really felt like a home not just a hotel room. The privacy given to us made us feel we were literally miles away from anyone,ce yet with a super easy food delivery service from all of the best restaurants in Sairee. To wake up to an unobstructed view of the ocean and make yourself a proper espresso is exactly what I call the best of both worlds. Perfect attention to every detail without being overbearing and over the top. Could not recommend The Place any higher !

Phenomenal place and amazing staff! You have to go there!”
My fiancé and I stayed at The Place for 3 nights and we would go back any minute. After being picked up from the ferry pier, we were welcomed at The Place by the entire team who made us feel special from the first moment on. We were then shown our villa which looked even better than in pictures. The view, the pool, the interior design, the kitchen, the shower and the attention to detail were outstanding. Coral and Lamai did an excellent job introducing us to all features The Place offers including tours, activities, food menus and 24 h support. At the same time our privacy was well respected during our entire stay but we could also contact the team at any time. Our highlight was the private chef dinner at our villa. All it took was one phone call and our dinner with Chef Ed (Barracuda Restaurant) was arranged the next day. We enjoyed a phenomenal seafood platter and dessert on our private deck, just wonderful and super romantic. We were super sad when we had to leave!

The amazing place”
Beautiful setting that feels like you're own little paradise on Koh Tao. Just 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants or a taxi ride from Mr Bear. You are given your own mobile to call for food deliveries or contact the helpful staff should you need them. The room is gorgeous with a fantastic plunge pool. We could have stayed forever.

The Place is the BEST!”
From being there when our ferry unexpected came in to a different doc over an hour late, to instantly helping with a loan of cash when I thought I'd lost my wallet, the staff at The Place were exceptional. I've never had such marvelous service. The facilities are amazing. So private, with wonderful views. There was nothing better than spending a day snorkeling or walking through town then coming back to our villa and cooling off in our private infinity pool. I'm pretty sure that between the facilities and the staff The Place has spoiled us and that no other place will /ever/ live up to the standards they have set. We'd go back in a hear beat! (and maybe we will!)

A beautiful villa with amazing service”
Really gorgeous villa with quality furnishings, a plunge pool and an incredible view. We absolutely loved the villa even though it rained a lot while we stayed. Their team are an example of impeccable customer service. They have really thought of everything, you are provided with some cooking supplies when you arrive, but can also order in delivery from local restaurants or have a local chef come and cook for you in your villa. The team are really accommodating and keen to help but also give you space & privacy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Peaceful tropical seclusion 10minutes from all the action. Best of both worlds ”
Right from booking did I love The place . We were contacted for details of our arrival for transfers with offers to assist in booking our ferry etc. Coral assisted us in getting settled in & made us feel right at home . If home was a palace . She recommended some wonderful places for dinner & we loved all of them. We were blown away by every little detail that they had thought of including the welcome basket full of goodies for our stay. We did not want to hire scooters &made use of the free mountain bikes provided which was greatly appreciated . The bed was incredibly comfortable & the mosquito net meant we could sleep with all the doors open & wake up with the sound of the birds & other wildlife. Most incredible sunset from the view of our pool . One night we used the delivery service from 1 of the restaurants menus they provide & ate in while watching a movie from their massive selection provided .Thank you to the incredible Team for an Amazing stay. We will be Back 5*****

The villa has everything you need and very comfortable. It gives you a feeling of living on the island, a nice experience to staying at big hotel with breakfast buffet. There is food basket for you to make breakfast if you want. The staff were also amazing and friendly, made us feel welcomed. If you want a romantic getaway and left in peace and quiet to get on with the holiday you want, your way then you must book. Absolutely beautiful location, accommodation and they have perfected customer service. We stayed for 5 nights which just was not long enough. We would return in a heart beat. If you are considering this as part of all of your holiday then just get it booked, you will not regret it.

Incredible and Romantic ”
Really enjoyed our stay, the location was only a 10-15 minute walk from some of the best restaurants and beaches. The staff was attentive and respected the privacy of guests - the complimentary items and taxis were a wonderful touch. Highly recommended !
