Small and simple boutique hotel. Just beside central market. You can go to Petaling Street by foot for about 5 mins. Lot of eateries inside CM or around the neighbourhood. The only thing that of concern is the flocking of homeless people around the hotel area. Need to be careful. That day, after bought a mask from a stall near the hotel, a man suddenly came and asked for money. I ran fast into the hotel. Luckily, that man did not come in. The hotel staff were very helpful. My kids love the pool at the hotel's rooftop. Make sure the kids bring their own floaties as the pool is just one size pool. We booked deluxe studio room with bathtub. The kids enjoyed it so much. The beds and pillows were comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended for those on budget.

Great place to stay!”
For the money this place is a great value. Close to China town. Quite, clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. A few homeless people on the street near by but didn't bother me. 24 hour security provided. It would have been nice to have some tables and chairs in the pool area. This may still be a Covid thing.

Great, modern, clean hotel in an ideal location”
Honestly, everything about this hotel was great and I've got nothing to complain about. Except, maybe, that hot shower water takes a few minutes to arrive on the upper floors, but that's about it.

Worth the price”
The hotel so clean and tidy, the staff were so helpfull. The only weakness is the parking lot. They dont provide any parking lot but u can rent for a day rm15 at travelodge hotel. They also provide swimming pool 😽

The stay definitely worth it. The room is clean, well occupied and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again if i plan to revisit pasar seni. The security guard is very helpful and friendly too.

BEST HOTEL”
walking distance from LRT pasar seni and masjid jamek (a bit far, but bearable). next to central market. walking distance to masjid jamek, but solo female travelers got to be very careful as this place is so quiet when the night fall, when Central Market is close. i went out around 6pm, but its too quite and less people, so i went back to hotel. safety comes first ya. hotel is amazing. bed is so comfortable. studio room size good for 2 people. more is cramped. view is so so. no parking space. staff so helpful and friendly. i definitely will come back soon.

If you're looking hotel i would suggest you with this stratergic location near public transport lrt,mrt station easy to going anywhere and the hotel itself really trendy and cool place to have a night . Personally the best from my experiences

Near central market, nice swimming pool”
Locates just next to the central market where you can buy souvenirs. The best thing is their swimming pool, very clean one with amazing view. The room is enough for couples. But one thing to improve is their pillows. Too soft. Overall it’s a nice and worth the price to stay for nights.

Very easy to access with public transport like lrt pasar seni. the staff is also very helpful. the parking area is quite limited but the hotel do provide it. Recommended to try!

Nice hotel”
Room: small but cozy Cleanliness: sandy bathroom (not a big issue) Location: great place to stay for tourists (opposite Central Market and close to Dataran Merdeka, River of Life, Masjid Jamek & Chinatown) Amenities: basic amenities provided Facilities: nice view from the rooftop, during the stay the pool is closed due to CMCO. Staff: very helpful, during check-in (31-10-2020) staff need more practice to smile to guests Breakfast: I love their nasi lemak, the cafe staff is very nice NOTE: the surrounding area is quite dirty as there are many homeless.

Satisfied and comfortable 2d1n staycation ”
Everything is good and I'm so happy for the stay. But have to improve the cleanliness and the aircond. The prepared cup wasn't cleaned and washed properly. Plus the aircond is too noisy, keeping on and off which is really disturbing the sleep.

Hotel is clean, nice staff, strategic location(centre of KL), if you're solo ladies, need to consider as many homeless at night. Otherwise, it is a great choice despite the long time waiting to get a room at first as room not ready but staffs is helpful then okay.

3d 2n staycation”
Love this boutique hotel and potential to be one of the Top Boutique Hotel in KL. 1. Pillow & mattress was the best & comfortable. 2. Safety (Even tho a lot's of homeless still the area are safe) Only minus 1. TV channel was very limited. 2. Should designated one floor /rooms for smoking guest. 3. The room design a bit cramped (should re-adjust the rack) 4. The Santap Cafe a bit pricey. 5. The bathroom marble is very sharp & shower area the glass panel should re adjust too. 6. Should spray sanitizer more frequent at public area especially elavator. Overall, satisfy staying and thanking you the FO staff (a guy who did the check -in) and Mr. Ben - a multi task guy (maintenance & housekeeping)

NEW HOTEL IN TOWN”
Everything is almost new. Although the room size is a bit small if you have a lot of luggage, the most important is the cleanliness. Location wise is a short distance walk to famous Petaling Street and Centra Market is just next door.

Delay”
Delayed in preparing the room even if note provided during online booking. Checked in around 430pm local time but got compensated to check out the next day by 130pm. Front desk said to provide bottled drinks before 7pm, but it never came.
