Udon Ratchathani is a small town, this hotel is the biggest in town, location is best, just next to the night eating market and the night market. Staff very friendly. Other eateries within minutes walking, the local food, the Western food, Chinese tim sum etc. Lots of beautiful temples near by. Good visit, value for money. Taxi from airport is about 50 Bahts, 15 minutes

Udon Ratchathani is a small town and this is the biggest hotel in town. Though a bit old but functional and expected from a small town. Location is just next to night food market and night market. Modern eateries are also available minutes away. Value for money, staff and owner very friendly, highly recommended for travellers. There are many temples, all within 5-10 minutes walk.

Excellent location but room does not match the facade outside”
Excellent location. Tourism office just across the road (cross the street,turn right and it's within 50 meters). Night market just across the hotel but it's a small one. 7-11 across the night market 2 minutes away from the hotel. Songtheaws pass by the hotel on both directions so get the reception to help you. Nice chic restaurant at the property but once you step into the elevator everything seems to turn back 20 years in time. The rooms are old and the doors and furniture has probably seen better days. My room had a leaky AC and the Tele doesn't give any clear channels. Room size is rather small and it's quite dim inside. Smoking is allowed in room. Shower is great. Water is consistent and hot. Water from basin however is another story. Elevator, although creaky and you can hardly see the numbers on the button is quite fast. Receptionist doesn't speak English well but try to help as much as possible. Would stay again if at the same price due to location.

Rooms not as nice as lobby, but good enough”
In contrast to the shiny, modern lobby, the rooms of this hotel are a pretty run-down and shabby (peeling paint, old TV, slightly stained sheets), but nothing was broken except for the dead-bolt on the door (the lock on the knob still worked). The wifi, hot water, and air conditioning all worked well for me, except for the air conditioning was maybe a little too cold even when I turned it to low fan with the thermostat on the highest temperature. The person who checked me in was a little grumpy, but it wasn't a big problem. I got the room for 450 baht, which seemed like a reasonable value to me. The location is great, right across the street from the night market and on the songthaew route to the train station, and easy walking distance from the park with all the monuments.

Can be better , little old ..... not for first time , the bar at the hotel entrance make noise in the evening , try to get a room away from the main street and higher floor. There is elevator .Had some misunderstanding with the towels but nothing serious , English is medium ok , restaurant was difficult to catch , ordered food online.

Rooms very tired and dated despite the exterior and lobby looking good”
Very noisy Aircon in room 324. The bathroom needs renovation, even the toilet seat was loose. It was dark and dingy too. The taxi to the airport ordered by the hotel didn't complete my trip. Turned left out of the hotel and left again and said another car would complete my journey. Another car did come, but I was later at the airport than planned.

A good location (opposite the night street food market) is about the only thing that is good about this hotel. The hot water didn't work (I had to use the bathroom in another room). The air conditioning was barely adequate. The mosquitoes were terrible. The furniture was very old and damaged. But it was very cheap, so if you only need a bed and a toilet, it'll do.

Good location, but rooms very old and not completely clean. The hotel cleaner was a pain in the ass waking me up at 8AM and coming back two more times trying to clean the room even though we were inside. She opened the door as well. No facilities except for a ground level cafe. Good for a sleep over, would not recommend longer stays.

Brilliant location, tired dirty hotel”
Lift has not been serviced for years, brocken buttons. We used the steps. the lift floor had not been vaccumed with visible grime build up. Room and bed were fine, nothing a coat of paint would not fix. Bathroom mouldy ceiling with a decaying whole above shower, tile grout mouldy and falling out. Curtains could do with a wash. Windows not ockable as latch does not align.

Tired and deceptive”
The room was nothing like the picture, the park view was built out years ago, the paint was peeling, there was blood on a curtain, and if you can't supply towels without holes in them you aren't trying to be more than a no-star place. Yes the location is great but there are way better choices.

The staff can speak english but isn't nice. The restaurant seems OK but was closed. Bad smell in the bedroom, very old furnitures, need big renovation...very small parking. I CAN'T recommend this hotel. For that price (even with a discount) you can get much better than this. ONLY the lobby looks good. The location is OK

Worst hotel I’ve visited ”
The hotel looks good from the entrance but once you make it to the elevator you start to see what you’re in for. The hotel is very old, not well maintained and I understand that it is very affordable but it looks nothing like the pictures. I could not stay in this hotel and ended up going to a different hotel that night.

Most temples to visit ease to walk to, night market that you can enjoy local and street food is just cross street. Old restaurant worth to visit is just 3 block ahead. And if you are lazy enough hotel's restaurant is named for the best savouring taste. What are you waiting for? However, if you expecting superb and deluxe room - this place might slightly disappointed you. Room is quite old but well-maintain. Wall plug are all around. I love this place

This hotel is great by location. If you expected place to sleep with not so bad room, facilities, and nice staffs - here is the best solution of Ubon Ratchathani. It's might said some newer hotel available, yes, but in location far, far, and far away from heart of town. So if you wanna living life just cross road to night market, take a daily walk to visit most beautiful temples around. Here is the best. Wifi is also 35M download with 15M upload. What's a grande!!!
