The place is really near to siam paragon shopping mall and MRT, and another side is Pratunum .. its just a few mins walk the place is clean and staff very helpful and give smile all the time, only when u tell taxi to drop u at hotel u need to tell them that its the road opposite “Phetchabury Soi 11” - Recommended !!!

Clean Hotel with Convenient Location”
Pros Very clean and specious room. Good air conditioning and hot water in the toilet. Very basic amenities inside the room. Location is at the heart of Pratunam area but absolutely no noise from the street. You have to walk 1 min to go to main road which is very busy all the day. Pratunam market, Central world and Big C are walking range. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Cons Very basic toilet amenities, even no toothbrush. Littlebit disappoint. Free 2 bottles of water which is not test good. Bad smell coming from toilet, may be water seal was not working. Overall good stay and recommended.

One of my favourite hotel in Bangkok😀. The staff are like family. They had been there ever since our first visit. Same warmth and good service. Easy to deal with from the bell boy to the housekeepers to the receptionist and even the managers. We would always treat this hotel as our second home in Bangkok.

We stayed a 5th Floor, Room 15. This is a big unit, 2 bedrooms w/ kitchen, dining & sala. And the comfort room is soo big & clean though it’s a bit old but still superb, enjoyed its hugeness & w/ bath tub too, you can even sleep for uts size & cleanliness 🥰 For d room itself 5 ⭐️. We never explore the whole hotel cause we’re always out.. Their Pad Thai 😋😋😋(my fave🤩) is d best i ate so far from all d Pad Thais i tried in Bangkok Area. And their room service for the ordered foods were superfast, less than 10minutes🤩. Expect almost d same breakfast each day (stayed 5days 😊) though it’s simple yet it’s complete fr fruits, salads, bread, rice, Thai dishes & more. The best part, it’s a stone throw away from the heart of Bangkok, lots of malls (never never miss Platinum & Fashion Malls🥳) & streetfoods🤩The only challenge was language barrier. We will definitely come back here. Kob Kun Ka Rajtaevee🙏🏼🥰 You made our stay there comfortable & feel we’re home! God bless Thailand! 🙏🏼

Good Central Location ”
The location is very convenient to go to malls like Platinum, Big C Supercenter, CentralWorld Mall & its all walking distance about 7-12mins. The hotel room is clean, staff are friendly and helpful but if only the hotel could add toilet spray for guests who don't use toilet paper that will be very much appreciated. Overall, its a pleasant stay & will look forward to come again!

Location of hotel is along an alley off the main road. There is a 7 eleven at the edge of the main road and the alley. Staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated but still very clean. There are a lot of massage parlours on the opposite side of the main road to relieve a day's of fatigue.

We love the hotel service. The room keeping is so on time and heart warming. We ordered food online and accidentally ordered raw crab which we don’t take. We asked for help from the staff to microwave it, they did it for us and even put it nicely on the plate for us. ☺️ So happy for the stay and definitely will go back again!

gave 3.5 stars but will do recommend it the only problem we encounter is that 1st and last night the AC is not working properly we were like in a sauna... 1st night it got fixed but the last night it didn’t... hope they will change their aircon coz its kinda looks old... pros: close to platinum mall, 7eleven, streetfoods and near the highway...

For a 3 stars hotel, it’s really very clean and the staffs are beyond amazing! They’re helpful and polite but I believe that’s how the locals are. However, the only downside of the room is that the water pressure for the shower is low and there will be times when the water will be warm and cold when you shower. Other than that, everything else is amazing, the location, the cleanliness, it’s really really worth the money!

It takes within 10 minutes to reach BTS station and platinuam mall area. 7-Eleven just around the corner and they provide welcome drink during check-in. The main issues is about the temperature of water, it change without your knowledge, although you set it cold but it will automatic change to hot water. Only the temperature of water is the cons, other are excellent
