I was hesitating about the traditional look of this hotel, I was afraid that it’s old and mouldy, but it turns out to be the perfect couple getaway hotel we had! We booked another modern heritage hotel before this, and we regretted so much, as the RIM is great value for money. Friendly staff; free airport transfer; free transfer to market； Everyday there’s a free lanna culture learning session, brilliant idea! We joined the pandan leaves folding class! Every afternoon there’s free snacks for you to enjoy with the pool.

Money worthy stay ”
We booked for 5 night and reserved the airport pickup and checked in quite late. But staff of the hotel still so friendly and approachable when we arrived at the airport and the hotel. There were lots of things to do at the resort , they have the afternoon activity each day and we just happened to join “lotus folding” when we back from our day trip. My mom and grandma had a blast with the staff even though they barely talked. But nothing can buy the smiles of them. And I knew I booked the right hotel this time as my mom and grandma keep saying how they delicious the breakfast is everyday and how much they like the holiday atmosphere of the resort. No regrets and it was money worthy staying with them. Definitely recommend to my friends who are planning to go Chiangmai.

It was a great stay my family and I had at the Rim hotel. It was really quaint, green and the rooms spacious and beds comfortable. The service of every staff there was excellent - from the front desk through to the restaurant. There’s also complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

It is really convenient to have free shuttle buses to the airport and night market. The stuff are extremely friendly and helpful! Also there're activities like cooking the local food near the pool every afternoon and you don't wanna miss it. The only thing which bothered us was the strange noises around room 123. It sounded like the noise of washing machine in a laundry. We are forced to keep awake at midnight since the noise was like 24/7. So think twice if you want to book a twin room(the double-bed room on the other side was quieter though).
