Worst experiences ever”
When we arrive, the hotel staff did not help with the luggage. I asked him 3 times to help with the luggage, but he smiled and did not respond. Then I asked him why you did not help and did not respond, he said because this is a small hotel, so no help. Dirty room, mold everywhere. Staff was not helpful. I checked in at 9 pm but no hot water. Staff asked me to wait for 30mins. still, no hot water and we were freezing at 18 degrees. The staff said because we checked in late so we needed to wait. That's ridiculous. I already paid for the room. The hotel staff should arrange everything before we arrived that late. When I asked to change the room cause it was too late, almost 11 pm, and I needed to take a shower and sleep. He said no, no changing rooms. cause tomorrow he needs the room. Terrible service! Are tomorrow's guests more important than us? While we are paying for your service?

The location is a bit far from the city center but close to some sightseeing places. Quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful The rooms are quite spacious. The cleanliness is ok.

Mình xả nước 5 phút vẫn không thấy nước nóng để tắm. Để ý kỹ cái bình nước nóng để nhiệt độ rất thấp chỉ 25 độ C. Xin nhắc lại đây là Đà Lạt. Mình đặt cái ghế cũng không thể nào vặn nhiệt độ sang được. Cuối cùng phải lấy thêm cái cây để vặn nhiệt độ. Làm khách sạn mà tiếc dăm ba đồng tiền điện set up nhiệt độ thấp là tệ lắm luôn á. 😒 Giờ ngẫm lại vẫn còn cay. Còn nội thất phòng ok. Hơi xa trung tâm nhưng giá mềm

Mọi thứ ở đây rất tệ, một căn phòng trông như nhà kho, ẩm mốc mùi gỗ, côn trùng, đèn hư, không một chút tiện nghi. Nhân viên không hỗ trợ. Nơi tệ nhất tôi từng ở.

Tiện nghi: không quá xa trung tâm, nhưng thường có xe tải đi ngang làm ồn, bù lại vị trí mặt tiền dễ tìm. 4 giờ sáng có tiếng chuông nhà thờ đánh vang. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ khi khách cần, mình đánh giá cao về thái độ phục vụ của các bạn nhân viên ở đây. Nếu các bạn muốn tìm một nơi có view nhà lồng đẹp, gần trung tâm, dễ tìm, ô tô vào ra dễ dàng, thì Scent là một sự lựa chọn tuyệt vời.
