The room is smartly design and is really good at soundproofing. At night you might hear some bass nearby though, from what I think was a bar or restaurant. The water is really strong amd the water heater is really great. The room is really clean too.

It's a rest and go style hotel, no breakfast but coffee station is available beside the lobby. Rooms are big and spacious and very clean. Bathroom is clean and no problems, except no partition between tpilrt and shower. Basic amenities like fridge, air-conditioning and hot water shower all worked well. Located beside Nannum Restaurant which serves good Thai and Indian food. A couple of pub/bistro in the opposite for those who wish to have relaxing time and dinner. We have our own car, so can't comment on transport for those who don't have own. Overall excellent value for money.

The staff doesn’t speak english very good, but they are very friendly and try to give an answer as good as possible. There are a lot of bars and restaurants near the hotel by the Riverside. The room is very large and you can see a beautyful sunset

Stay here every year passing through phitsanulok and on the way back home. Hotel is always clean and comfy and aircon works really well. Check in process quick and easy and staff friendly. Also appreciate the free coffee. Conveniently located for a stopover. Recommended.

Nice room, staff and location but angry dogs nearby”
This hotel was perfect: Clean, friendly staff, fridge, good bathroom, large room, nice bed, by the river with nice places to have lunch / dinner and drinks. The only problem was that here were a bunch of stray dogs on the 1km road between the hotel and the bridge to the city center. These dogs growled at us and were clearly unhappy with our presence. Since they were a pack we decided to head back to the hotel and get the nice lady at the counter to call us a taxi. A very nice hotel, and I realize the dogs aren't part of the service, but they were a big minus on our experience. This affects my 'location' rating and recommendation.

All around a nice clean hotel with modern rooms , friendly staff and off street parking.. The only issue was terrible cable T.V. channels with not even 1 foreign language channel...

This is a new, bright, clean hotel. The location is a bit unfortunate. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance not for anything more you will need transportation. The hotel itself looks a bit industrial but it's clean and functional. The bed is typical Thai. A bit on the hard side. The air condition struggled a bit on a 90-degree day to keep the room cool but during the evening it was fine.

Hotel is good value for money, only problem is that it's a long walk from anywhere,. also a few stray dogs around . Being a new hotel everything worked well.. and room was kept very clean by staff.. Coffee facilities downstairs in lobby area.. Overall good if you don't mind a lot of walking..
