Perfect design,good location”

For us it was very comfortable and relax expirience. We took a motobike(scooter) in Ban Phe and came in hotel ourselfs. Nearby there is a buddist complex with young monks,looked as boy scouts. Amazing architecture ensemble with lighthouse, sculptures and statues. Unfortunately hotel does not have for a moment own restaurant. But they served breakfasts at your balcony.It was glass of milk, glass of orange juice and sandwiches. Also there are all that we need - bar, restaurant, supermarket. In General, we liked hotel and atmosphere of a neighborhood.

Beautiful place, kind staff ”

We were the only ones staying there that night, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Truly beautiful grounds and rooms. Staff went above and beyond to help us transfer from the bus station to the hotel when we had trouble. The beach is only a 5 min walk away, but is very dirty. Breakfast was really poor quality compared to normal Thai hotel breakfast standards, they would be better off with only fruit or just not offering breakfast. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Strict no-outside food or drink policy, but we just went up to the Bite N Bike Cafe and Restaurant a few min walk away for coffee and dinner. Overall a very lovely stay - just skip the breakfast!

Room is big enough for 2 persons, feel really comfortable. The place is very quiet. The swimming pool is nice. The location is easy to get to food or activities.

extremely nice bungalow and place. so beatutiful and staff very helpful. clean and quiet. No party place. just for relaxing. The ONLY problem we thought were a problem, no food or drink were allowed. everything had to be bought at this place. family owned. breakfast were delivered on the porch no possibility to choose.

We arrived at 20:30 to be greeted by .. Er.. Nothing ... Nobody in reception, the "concierge" was a kid watching TV by the entrance who was drunk, did not even look up as we arrived and appeared to be using the rear of guest chalet 1 as his personal alfresco toilet. We asked him about our accommodation and he said we can just pick any room and he will get a key .. We got in the room .. Shower didn't work .. No toiletries .. No hotel information ...Only one night so we just slept. Someone came to reception in the morning only to watch TV there I think. I asked if about a taxi to the port for out onward journey to Koh Samet and he just shrugged and said no taxi! Breakfast was served on our room balcony by a scruffy girl who said nothing, no choice just bowl of Kai Tom, which, after a few mins drying after a swim in the not too bad pool, was covered in ants, and I mean hundreds, literally. I returned the key and he said nothing, just turned away and that was checkout complete.

The staff reviled the customers. She reviled us about cooking in the room. Tell us go out from her resort. And don't tell where can cook. So it make me very angry and she don't come to say sorry by herself!

Nice room, but no towel changes.”

Nice Room, gardens and small pool. However no maid service , so no towel change and there was also no breakfast even though one was advertised.

Worse place ”

We stayed there 2 nights. The only positive thing we have to say is that the room was clean. The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. They barely said hi when we got there. They didn't tell us about time or what kind of breakfast was included. After we asked and ordered breafast, we had to wait for 40mins for it to arrive. The hotel is far from the pier, has no access to the beach and it's right on the main road. You can hear cars all day and night.

Comfortable Bed!”

The beds are much softer than the Asian standard and thus very comfortable. The rooms with sea view are worth the extra charge. We are happy to come again.
