Our stay in this hotel was as expected for a budget place in a town outside rome. We stayed here just to pass through after driving 7 hours. The bed was large, but not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size and the water was hot. Breakfast was just ok, but free.

Hotel is very well located close to the Vila Adriana and 15 min of Tivoli. Staff were very friendly, and even when the air condition was not working they change our room very quickly without even asking twice. The Terme is just behind the hotel and very relaxing. As it was weekend it was quite full but not disturbing.

Great stay. Location was ideal being in the main part of Tivoli but removed from the noise. Very, very clean throughout. Whole building was restored three years ago and the quality is obvious. Exposed timber beams to the ceilings in the stairway. A relaxing place to be, whether in your room or in the common areas. Water fridges on each level for complimentary hydration...

difficult to find with the GPS however the directions we got from owners was clear and easy to follow. We stayed 1 day and felt that was enough to see sights in Tivoli. Very comfortable room with a very nice court yard. Much nicer room than I expected with 2 bathrooms! Very quaint room with a sitting area as well.

Filippo, the owner, was very attentive to our needs giving us recommendations for places of interest and restaurants. The room was very pleasant and especially clean. We spent two nights there and wish we had more time.
