Good hotel with great people”
Very nice staff. People at the reception are very helpful. However I have to complain about the cleaning service - at the beginning we had rooms at 3rd floor it was just perfect, but when we changed our rooms (on our request) to the 1st floor it was really bad. The bartender Umut is a great person. He was making our time pleasant all the stay. Breakfasts were ok, but they were pretty all the same for the whole week. The half indoor swimming pool is a great idea for cloudy days. Unfortunately, the sauna was closed during our stay. When staying at the Touring Hotel you can rent a bike for free, but the bikes are old and a maintenance should be done.

Perhaps because it is a hotel with aqua facilities, the hotel smells a lot of water. The lobby was very noisy and the parking lot was very small. The hotel room had no basic amenities at all. It was embarrassing because there were no basic cups in the bathroom and room. It was not soundproof enough to hear the conversation in the next room. Wi-Fi is free of charge, but the hotel needs to be evaluated to connect to Wi-Fi, but when the evaluation was low, the employee was angry about why the evaluation was bad when checking out. Is there a reason to visit a hotel like this again? There are too many hotels around.

Une escroquerie ”
Belles photos de l’hôtel sur Agoda, mais ce n’est pas la réalité. Hôtel vieux, coup de peinture par des amateurs. Tout est cassé ou hors service. Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre sur 5 nuits. Une honte, je ne peux tout énumérer tellement tout était vieux, sale et ne fonctionnait pas. L’hôtel est dirigé par un russe, personnel russe, clientèle russe mais celle qui est irrespectueuse, vulgaire et qui se croit tout permis... je vous laisse imaginer la scène du russe avec son cigare et le verre d’alcool dans la piscine, jetant les cendres et empester le local. Le personnel a refusé de le faire sortir par peur, nous avons quitté la piscine. Ma place de parking n’était jamais libre, j’ai refusé de le payer en partant, logique... et ainsi de suite. Malheureusement tous les hôtels étaient complets car je voulais changer de suite. Je leur ai dit que c’est une escroquerie leurs 4 étoiles car c’est l’équivalent d’un petit 3 étoiles dans le Sud de la France. Pour conclure cet hôtel est à éviter ! Jamais je n’y retournerai et j’exige un remboursement de la part d’Agoda pour avoir mis cet hôtel en vente. C’est un abus de confiance et une escroquerie 😡👎

Die Bilder waren eventuell vor 10 Jahren realitätsnah... Lautes Hotel und bei unserer Reisezeit wurde die Strandpromenade neu gebaut. Bagger und Lsomit Lärm und Dreck den ganzen Tag-slebst Sonntag!

Das Touring Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Wir wurden freundlichen empfangen, die Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß, haben aber einen netten Balkon mit einer guten Aussicht (bei uns jedenfalls). Frühstück tippi tioppi und es gibt alles in allem überhaupt nichts zu meckern. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Questo hotel merita tutte e 4 le stelle se non fosse stato Per qualche accorgimento mancante avrei dato il massimo del voto. Nella doccia abbiamo trovato i resti di una saponetta usata da altri nel mini frigo una scatola vuota di farmaci lasciati precedentemente e il faretto della lampada sopra il comodino non funzionava. Per il resto colazione ricca e sorprendente, camera pulita e ottimi servizi. Peccato!

Buon hotel spazioso e pulito ”
Prezzo non basso , ma in linea con il periodo di alta stagione a Rimini . Stanze pulite , standard non eccessivamente grande , zero bevande nel frigo , solo acqua , disponibilità' del personale anche per interventi in camera se necessario . Aria condizionata forse un po' bassa . Ottimo il garage con codice di entrata . Consigliato .

Det var inte precis den som jag väntade angående hotellet . Städningen på rummet var inte gjort bra byt personal. Dusch fungerade inte och det var stopp i avloppet , det luktar inte bra i badrummet , TV funkade inte rätt ingen bra ljud på. Ibland kunde inte se på den ingen kanal alls. Sängen ganska hård och badkläder inte byta ofta alltså varje dag på en 4 stjärnor hotel. Kassa skåp för lite finns inte tillräckligt plats i den. Frukost det var god men tycker jag för mycket kakor skulle vara bättre med mer variationer alternativ. I alla fall jag och min son vi var inte nöjda alls och vi rekommenderar ej till någon att besöka det här hotellet tyvärr. Vid receptionen har vi träffat en tjej väldigt snäll som heter PERSIDA väldigt förståelse och hjälpsam . Sen vi var väldigt nöjda med en kille som serveras på restaurangen som heter GIUSEPPE väldigt snäll och roligt kille så ska det vara. Ni behöver bättre personal som kan prata ENGELSKA väldigt viktigt för en turist ställe. Mariana Lorusso

酒店比較舊，浴室問題比較多，浴室玻璃門壞壞地關唔實，水溫時凍時熱無法調教，會突然變到超熱或凍水，花灑頭都係壞壞地。。 除此之外，其他酒店配套算不錯，Staff友善，酒店一出去就是沙灘，門口有巴士站, 買了daily 不bus ticket出入超方便
