Lovely hotel to stay”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It is very modern, extremely clean and has a great location. The breakfast had a big variety. The only little 'bad' thing, that I could think of is the view from the balcony. You were able to see the sea but unfortunately also a lot of wall. But I believe you are on Phi Phi islands to 'enjoy' the beautiful island, a good breakfast and a clean and nice hotel and the balcony in my opinion was not that important. Thank you for the wonderful service to all the staff members.

I think this is the best hotel in Koh phi phi”
super friendly staff with lovely cats around. Bed are super comfortable and the beach is just so beautiful. The facility it’s new even the bathroom shower was great comparing to other hotel. Totally worth it. It takes around 10 min to 15 min of walk to reach the other side beach. But I don’t mind it’s more to explore and good for your steps. Thank you so much.

Place where you MUST stat”
One of the best places to stay. Even tho it has only 3* I would say that this resort deserves more than that. Its simply awesome place to be at. Everything is perfect. From the moment we stepped in to the moment which we left it was absolutely awesome. Staff,location,facilites, everything is top. If anyone would ask me where to stay on Thailand I would tell them U Rip Resort, Phi Phi Island.

Wonderful experience, great hospitality ”
The resort is located at a very scenic location on the side of the beach, just about 1 km from the market. Rooms are little up the hill but the free pickup drop to/from the rooms is a great convenience. Reception as well other staff were very cooperative. They provided us free pickup from the Ferry location and also provided us the drop during return. Infact we had to postpone our visit to Phi Phi as we got late in Phuket and the resort postponed our booking for free. After rh

Was such a lovely moment staying u rip resort. U have to walk for 10 mins to go to the center but that makes here more pleasurable being away from all the noises and people. All staffs are very kind and friendly, i still appreciate to everyone there. Breakfast is not super big but good quality. Wont forget every seconds in phiphi, especially in u rip resort. Room is very clean and cozy, and the air conditioner works very well. but i think it would be better with stronger sound proof ceiling.

Very good and clean hotel! My room was On the hill so it's a bit of a walk but the hotel have 24/7 buggy service so it's not that bad. Pool was ok, but who use pool when the hotel is on the beach :)? Overall rooms was big and clean and staff was friendly! Overall great hotel.

Everything was perfect, the staff is amazing and kind. But horrible breakfast! We ate out even though it was included, no options at all. Also the room cleaning staff were only okay, did not change the sheets since we arrived. We only stayed there for 5 days. But staff and location made up for it.

Beautiful resort for couples”
One of the nicest hotels (In my opinion) in Koh Phi Phi. Pool is very nice, rooms are clean and modern and it's located right next to a practically private beach. On the other hand, it is pretty far from the main area, restaurants or if you want to get to the beach on the other side of the island. We ended most days with well above 20,000 steps just because of how much we had to walk each day. I would still say it's a good tradeoff after looking at some of the other hotels on the island.

lovely location”
Just steps away from the beautiful beach. Good breakfast although busy. Water, soft drinks and lots of crisps left daily in room. Room was ok but rather dark as the balcony was tiny. Shower was good and air conditioning fine. My sons air conditioning stopped working and they gave him a new room straight away. Lovely staff and the ones who meet you from the ferry were such hard workers a real credit to the hotel. They bring your luggage from the ferry to your room which was very welcome as its a good 15 mins walk away.

Good calm location 10 min walk from center. Room was ok, bit dark but no major issue. Very nice and clean pool area. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. I would like to highlight super helpfull staff! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Good things: Staff super helpful and very nice ans polite. Tour we booked from hotel was very good. Very good location. Only 10 minutes walk from the center and a very quiet, peaceful part of the island. Rooms spacey and clean. Nice balcony overlooking the sea and forest. It is uphill but staff takes you up with cars, we never walked up. Great view in restaurant. You can sit by the sandy beach and enjoy the bay view Bad things: Breakfast is a bit too local, there could be more international food. A bit steepy to to up rooms but staff takes you up every time
