First of all, we apologize on the cockroaches issue. I actually went to the unit immediately after you checked out to verify and check where the cockroaches came from. However, there's is no sign of cockroaches after waited many hours (until midnight 3am). We have also reported this issue to management and they reverted that it could be from drainage pipe in the toilet. For precaution, our cleaner started to put cockroaches killing bait powder in the drainage after each cleaning. Also, there isn't any more complaint from other guests after your case. Thank you.
